15:50 you can't summon guardian chimera with those two monsters because while on the field they have the same name, while guardian chimera requires 3 different names. A cool trick you could have done in that case would have been: in response to him setting the 4 backrow cards, trigger effect diabellze as chain link 1 to target herself + 1 of the backrow, chain link 2 chimera fusion to fuse away diabellze and chimera king + a monster from the hand, chain link 3 book of moon. Basically since diabellze says "destroy them" and not "destroy both" you can still pop the set card but avoid popping your own monster if you have a way to make it leave the field, in this case "chimera fusion". New chain guardian chimera CL1 and Chimera king in the gy chain link 2 targeting diabellze to revive her right away. This is a way to pop 3 cards at the same time without losing diabellze or the monster you had targeted with her effect

I recommend you try out "Cross-Sheep", it is so underrated in this deck. As you said, you want to fusion lock yourself with swordsknight into beformet only later in your combos, and that's exactly what cross sheep allows you to do, in addition to many other uses. It is not always the right extra deck monster to go into, but with the right hand it can improve your endboard a lot. Try it with Apollousa and maybe even masquerena, I think you'll like the result.

@@CharltonTCG yeah card has stupid wording. The long and short of it is, neither play can ACTIVATE effects unless they control an extra deck monster and you get 1 effect per type of ED monster. So if you had a link and a fusion you can activate 2 effects but if you have 2 fusions you only get 1

I love the content man, decks deffo gone up a notch but you don't seem to be playing around Nibiru much... Does a well timed nib not just screw you over?
Thank you so much 😊oh so my plan was not to think nib was real in these combos. Originally before the new support nib did nothing unless you extended too much with gy effects to ss mirror. A lot of people wouldn’t play nib into this match up but yeah defo a card that ruins the combo and crossout is pretty important in the deck going forward.
@@CharltonTCG maybe it worth making a video on how to play through/around certain hand traps? Like Droll really REALLY ruins your combos in the "pure" build with patchwork, chain and poly, where as with the branded build it's a 1 card combo starter that allows you better resilience through a droll
