I have been consuming skateboarding in one way or another daily since then. Not riding it anymore but still very passionate about it. I shed a little tear when they said "To Skateboarding" at the end. Because I have never experienced a more pure and uncontaminated shared passion as skateboarding, and I know I never will. It´s a part of all of us, and whatever different opinions and taste we have in the world of skateboarding, the passion we share is the same...

it’s really hard not to like Rob Dyrdek man. seems like a genuine, humble dude. super transparent about his skating career and super inspirational and driven. and he’s hilarious dude lol
Damn 8% of my day is gone watching this. Rob is beyond impressive
Ackshually, assuming you watched the entire episode without ads, it would take up 9.3% of your day. Rob is a legend.
The two best comments on this video lmao
I´m in the north of Sweden in Scandinavia. Started skating in 1984 when I was eleven. I will never forget the feeling of understanding what a skateboard was. I have been consuming skateboarding in one way or another daily since then. Not riding it anymore but still very passionate about it. I shed a little tear when they said "To Skateboarding" at the end. Because I have never experienced a more pure and uncontaminated shared passion as skateboarding, and I know I never will. Passions have come and gone, put skateboarding is a part of me. It´s a part of all of us, and whatever different opinions and taste we have in the world of skateboarding, the passion we share is the same...
1:13:30 My mind is f’n blown🤯🤯
This is a absolute massive episode!!! Much Love 🇿🇦❤️🛹🤘🏻
I love how robs so humble about his actual skating skills he’s like yeah I’m setting these contests up for beasts that are doing his bag of tricks to warm up on a spot like that. But it’s all still legendary
Big ups to Rob for releasing he was wrong, and stepping up to do the right thing by Workshop… Haters gonna hate him, but that’s a stand up thing to do, and believe me he didn’t have to do that. Plus you know he didn’t make a dime on that, in fact lost money. He had my respect before this interview, but definitely solidified his legend status during it.👊🏻💪🏻 Mad props Rob….
God bless you Rob Dyrdek. Thank you for all you’ve done for me and the beautiful people of this universe. Your wisdom spans lifetimes. 🙏🏽 If you’re reading this. You will be successful. You already are. Take care and have a great day
Drinking game: take a shot every time you hear the word “optimize”
2:23:29 of Dyrdek giving life advice and 1 minute of questions….
Very insightful
I've never watched an episode so fast !!! Rok Dyrdek, you're so inspiring !! Focus on your goals and everything is possible !!! Time management is the key !!
Rob Drydek has always been one of my favorite skaters , I he was the first pro model board I ever had. its amazing the type of person he is becoming & the stuff he's done for skateboarding
Find out what happiness is for you and work backwards to make it your reality ✨️Rob sharing real knowledge 💯
@@day245 The stuff they don't teach you in skool..
@@day245 you sound miserable so maybe take that advice lol
Massive respect for Rob. Great episode.
That dc ad had all of our minds blown for sure! EVERYONE at the park had those dc shoes after that
I’ve been waiting a long time for this episode, nothing but amazing. My wish came true, all you guys are freaking legends. 🔥🤘thanks!
Been waiting for this! Great episode 🤘🏻
I lived near Rob for about a year skating many moons ago. Everything he says is true. The dice games in the shoe boxes at the apartment and the rest. Rob was always keyed up and a funny dude. Glad he made it. Actually ran into him about 20 years later randomly when he pulled up in front of a building iI worked at In Santa Monica n a Ferarri years later. Caught up for a sec and he was the exact same guy. From the grom skater in the PB apartment to massive success and the rest. Exact same guy. Love it
I have been a fan of Rob since around 04 -05 when the DC video came out and I JUST FOUND OUT TODAY THAT ROB DOESN'T HAVE THE MONSTER BACK TATTOO... I am so relieved for him 😂
I’m also a huge Rob fan, and totally thought it was real. Probably Robs worst joke lol😂
This was definitely one of the best podcasts I’ve ever listened to.
Damn i just spent like 10% of my life with this episode😂😂
Great episode!
Did you fail math 😂
@@jbeezy126 Did you even get the reference? Rob said 1 hour equals to 4% that means 2 hrs is 8% and half an hour is 2%. So add that up is 10%
This man’s mind is on another level.
Growing up and watching him from the 90's to being a billionaire eventually as a skater is pretty sick.
I don't think he's a billionaire though, is he?
@@nikokaapa Not even close lol
Dyrdek has mogul money but isn't a billionaire, he'd need 10x more than his reported net worth to reach that. That's the difference in scale between having $10k and having $100k
I said being a billionaire eventually....
@@nikokaapahe’s worth a couple hundred million just on selling his production company alone not counting his tv shows board sales and shoes but still not a billionaire no one in skateboarding is even close to a billion but Rob is easily the closest to hitting it and might at some point but still being worth a couple hundred million is pretty impressive
As a local skater in Dayton, big thanks to Rob for the building the plaza I skate every day. Nothing else like it around here.
