Holy shit i found it! I struggled to find any mentions of this game on youtube, but that's because in russia it was sold under the name "Bloody Dawn" and instead of the hardass guy you see on the cover it was some green-headed "Sixth Element" style chick. I don't know if it was some kind of plagiarism, but this is definetely THE soundtrack.
That's the only thing that made me REALLY remember the game. What an amazing ambience. To a small kid this was basically a horror game.
