Thank you for this! Is there any way to keep the point count consistent when using an animated camera? For example in a scene with scattered plants, the points are regenerated with each frame and the plants change location with each new frame.
@@_movfx Thank you! I'd love a video demonstrating how to do it. I'm fairly new to Houdini, so sometimes simple things are difficult to implement unless I see them demonstrated in context.
@@_movfx What I am trying to ask is...I setup my scene in /obj mode (with models, characters, normal camera, everything). Then I switch to /stage mode and Solaris because I want to render with Karma. I import the objects using sop import then I import the camera using sceneimportcamera...here I want to apply that camera frustum qLib node (so I apply the camera frustum to the whole scene, not just to a object, like your grid) and I am not sure how to do that....

You should use id to randomize your attributes. So they don't change even if point count changes. Let me know if you want to Make a video on it.

Hi, i can't see the link to download the camera frustum generate tool. Thx !
How do you apply this camera frustum to Karma render?
Sorry I'm not getting that. This is demonstrated on the points. It can be rendered in any renderer.
