Any book readers like myself agree that we could have just compromised and made Lily's eyes blue in the movies as well. It honestly just makes more sense than to have her eyes stay green and have Radcliffes blue and still tell him "you have your mothers eyes"
Noone ever mentions Harry's hair. I never minded film Harry having blue eyes but why did his hair have to be so tidy? Also, why did they stop wearing robes after the second film? I like them better with street clothes but it is never questioned why they stopped wearing robes.
Im now 18 and refused to watch or read any of the Harry Potter franchise. About 6 months ago I decided to watch the first movie and ended up watching them all in one sitting. Then doing some research, I found the books were apparently far better, so I brought all the books and read them. Now - six months later - I am reading the books for the 5th time. I just can't get enough. Since then, I've also binge watched a bunch of theories and any video I see on UA-cam.
Aww I'm so happy for you. There can never be too many Potterheads! Yeah the books are definitely far better than the films, I hope seeing them first didn't affect your reading experience too much.
I hardly picked up on much that happened, just remembering all the cool scenes. But now im picking up on all the backstory and references. each time i read the books i pick up on something i missed previously. usually subtle references ect
Clicking this video knowing that I will know every one of these facts but having to watch it just in case there is one I don't know. Guess what, I knew them all😂😂
Which Hogwarts House are you? Remember: Hufflepuff: Kind, Hardworking and hates conflict. Ravenclaw: Intelligent, has a fascination in the past and great note taking skills Gryffindor: Brave, Courageous and Daring Slytherin: Competitive, Calculating and sometimes intimidating (I found this in top 10 signs your a “blank” and I think I’m Hufflepuff!)
Kept waiting for Tom Felton auditioned for Harry Potter and Ron Weasley before getting the role of Draco Malfoy, because that is more surprising than they built lots of sets.
My biggest problem with Harry's eyes is that the movies weren't consistent with Lily's eyes. They had 3 actresses play her (kid, teenager and grown-up) and all three of them had different eye colours.
Seems Emma was always more comfortable with Radcliffe? But that apart, in the story though Ron and Hermoine are together; Harry/Daniel gets the first/better hug and the passionate kiss.
I love how they could find people that looked just like the characters description on the movie. Richard Harris was the perfect Dumbledore. It’s exactly the description. The trio is just like how I imagined, minus Harry blue eyes. Gary Oldman, Alan Rickman, Robbie Coltrane and Maggie Smith were brilliant choices as well.
When the producers were searching for a Victor Krum, there were auditions all over Bulgarian schools. The one they chose is an Bulgarian kid living and studiing in an Enblish school.
ive been to warner bros studios in london and seeing all those sets in person was breathtaking. it was mindblowing to see the huge miniature sculpture they used to film aerial shots for hogwarts
I know this is really stupid but for some reason I've listened to some of the audiobooks and now a bunch of UA-camrs that I am subscribed to are bringing out videos about Harry Potter and also fantastic beasts and I recently bought a fantastic beasts wand maybes things do happen for a reason and everything is linked to you
Fun Fact: After they used the kittens for Umbridge's office ,they got people to adopt them but they didn't tell them that the kittens were from the HP movies
They also failed with Lily Potter. At least the little girl who plays her has brown eyes. That annoyed me. But I love HP no matter what. It's the biggest part of my childhood and it brought me so much joy. It still brings me joy
I remember I was about thirteen when my father saw the news report and headlines that Dumbledore was gay. We were driving on the freeway together and he brought it up, immediately asking me how I felt about it. I just kind of shrugged it off and said that it didn't matter to me. Not only was I outspoken about gay rights from day one, but Dumbledore is, unfortunately, fictitious so it doubly shouldn't matter...
the only reason harry's eyes were blue in the film but green in the book is because harry couldn't see with the contacts that made his eyes look green so they just had his eyes be blue in the movies
Surprised y’all didn’t mention that Daniel Radcliffe was suffering from alcoholism during the later films and can’t remember filming some scenes...sad, but very interesting.
When asked whether she wanted them to use contacts or digital alteration to Daniels eyes, JK Rowling replied that they could leave blue as it didn't really matter, as long as they kept it consistent with lilies eyes. They didn't.
Did anyone else notice: when Harry and Hagrid are walking to the Leaky cauldron in the first movie, the sign above the door becomes readable just when they are stepping in. Or that there is an end credits scene in chamber of secrets. No? Well those are what most of us call crazy facts you didn't know about Harry Potter movies. Did someone else notice other little things? Please tell them in the comments
Last time i was this early harry still had crush on Cho Chang

different directors.
See, it's still not questioned. But you answered it. ;)
I have more of a problem with how short his hair was in the last 4 films than how tidy it was.
I rather disliked the long hair in I think the fourth film but yeah, the very short hair in the fifth I found a bit too short, too.
Who doesn't know things like "they built a lot of sets" or "a scene in which one person is seen 7 times in one shot is hard to shoot"

Dumbledore being gay isn't who he is. It just an added bonus that kind of makes sense especially now.
Harry was gonna have green eyes....till they discovered poor Daniel was allergic to the contact lenses and the glasses
Ι realy love h p
You do not like Harry Potter because you're too lazy to spell his name
I remember I was about thirteen when my father saw the news report and headlines that Dumbledore was gay. We were driving on the freeway together and he brought it up, immediately asking me how I felt about it. I just kind of shrugged it off and said that it didn't matter to me.
