I love this new direction you are taking! My wife is not a big bike person but anytime she hears y’all’s voices playing she comes over and watches because we love y’all so much! Those small CT’s are worth a lot right now. Restored would sell for $1500-$2500 depending on the market in your area. The xr500 fixed up WITH a title sell for $2000-3000 in my area. The s90 is quite desirable and I see them listed (in good condition) for $2500-3500. I think overall you got a steal! And you could get easy $1000-1500 plus per bike parting out on eBay.
I love motorcycles but hate haggling. I like that you included that process in this video though. Seems like a good deal in the end! Thanks for the content that will come from this Gary! Also, those transitions when showing the bikes off were smooth af. Nice camera work and editing!
Brother y'all took me way back and put tears in my eyes when I was 14 my Pop brought home a 68 super 90 like that one it was complete we put a new ignition in it and battery and off I went. Pop died earlier this year. Thank you for the fond memory I love that bike
82 XL500R PROBABLY ONE OF THE BEST LONG LIVED DUALSPORTS OUT THERE PERIOD MY BROTHER HAS ONE AND HE GETS COMPLEMENTS EVERYWHERE WE RIDE YOUR GONNA WANNA KEEP THAT OL GIRL TRUST ME
89HondaCR500R There's a guy who lives in the next town over from me. He's got one and the thing looks to be in mint shape. I've never been able to catch him in a parking lot to get a closer look at it. Maybe someday I will.
I don't get to ride as much as I'd like, but I did ride my quad today and it just changes my perspective and gets me smiling all over again, it's a good thing that you do
I thought that little Honda Street bike looked familiar! My first bike was a 1965 Honda S65! It was a basket case, but we put it back together and my dad figured out that it needed a stater, and after that it ran for a while. 😊
I agree with some of the other commenters that the CT70 is probably the most valuable. Aftermarket parts are readily available. Easy to get unstuck with a 50/50 mixture of acetone and automatic transmission fluid down the spark plug hole for a few days, but might have to get the cylinder rebored a couple of sizes up.
And that's why I've only had 3 houses, but more than 40 motorcycles. Motorcycles are much more fun than houses. Houses with big garages are good for motorcycles. Cars can sit outside.
One of my first bikes was a 1966 Honda S 90 just like the one you bought. It’s the street version of the step through trail 90 that tons of hunters used for years. The S90 is a manual clutch the trail 90 is an automatic clutch. The S 90 really brings back memories rode the wheels off that and it always started. Then I became a YZ rider.
Don't give up guys. While you were out from youtube for sometime it was depressing not to see you guys for that amount of days. I believe in Jennies garage.
Absolutely bud you need to keep the stuff around i wish I had at least one of mine I have a page in my notes of over 26 motorcycles or mini bikes I’ve had since I was a kid
The monkey bikes and XR'S...👍Lots of money in GB....lots of work though time is money.Concentrate on what youve got, pick the best get going and sell.Bargains defo.Get spannering 🤩 You two would be fun painting a fence 🙃
I used to watch another guy, he was to by the book with an unlimited budget-which anyone could do if they were rich. You’re more in reality and I get a good laugh from u and your wife.
IM IN MARYSVILLE OMG!! If I would have known I would of given you a 60s Honda twin or something you are the reason I started flipping bikes and working on small engines
that 70 would be worth your while to fix, as long as that rear axle coming out isn't too much a battle. ppl use them for run about bikes at camps and such, they are small yet an adult can ride them comfortably. Too bad no title for the xl500, thing looks like a good fixer upper. Sorry i dont know much about that 90 either but looks like a nice bike
If that CT70 got listed in my neck of the woods just south of Portland Oregon, it’d go for no less than $700! Ppl treat those bikes like they are made of gold
CarsandCameras has done a few videos on those Honda Trail 70s. They have quite the cult following, if you can get that thing running you'll definitely make your money's worth on it.
I’m sure there’d be plenty of restorers/riders of old-trials-bikes in the UK would love to have a go at that Honda trials-bike. Getting it here would be pricy though! Any and all of those machines would be a fun ride. I used to borrow (and maintain) a 50cc version of the little road bike back in the 1960s. An amazing bike for its size. 4 speed gearbox and nice clutch. Appreciate the video. The USA looks like a goldmine for decent old Japanese bikes. Les in UK 🇬🇧
My first bike that was passed down from aunts & uncles to my sister & me was a Honda, either 70 or 90 trail bike. I was 5 when I first rode it, was proud & strutting around riding that thing lol…
the Honda s90 may be the Gem of GarysVille Honda S90s (Sport/Super 90) are cool little bikes. I was surprised to see someone (ATL area) get over $3k for theirs. it was operable, but nowhere near restored.
One of those Honda 90s was my first bike maybe 8 or so years ago when I was in high school. I actually watched your original Trail series back then to learn more about how the engine works on it since they are very similar besides the manual clutch. Yours is pretty darn rough but in good shape they are fairly desirable bikes. Pretty easy to find parts for it overseas cuz they made them for an extra decade or so longer there.
Ct70’s have become very valuable. Boomers who grew up with them want them for their office and there is also a healthy mod community. Very good aftermarket support. I have a 78 with a yx140 swap and it’s does ~70mph now lol.
The little 90 is an S90 dont see to many of those anymore, restored they bring a good bit, i havent seen one in years and i go to vintage motorcycle shows every year. I would try to fix that one, be great for your son to ride. They are so simple.
I suggest you put the Trail 70 and S90 in the back of your truck and head to Vintage Days at Barber this Fall. You could sell both of those easily and pay for your trip and bring money home.
Good deal there! Nice bikes! You GOT to come by my place just north of ya, It really aint that far if ya take the mountain road its nice! I can Donate parts (ive got some for that S90) or maybe a bike! Still got this honda 55 sitting here!
breaks my heart to see bikes sitting and rotting away. Same with old cars/trucks where the owner refuses to sell it to someone that wants to restore it. Thing has been sitting for 30 years yet the 85 year old owner has plans to "fix it up" someday.
CT70 - here in Australia, would fetch around AUD$2,000 as it is. TL250 - fairly rare here as well. Maybe around AUD $1,000. The frame itself is probably where the money is.
Jennies Garage just posted. Stopped watching everything else to watch this! 👍💪
I like these new shorter buy/sell and price/worth analysis type videos! Thanks!
Very reasonable prices. Jake isnt greedy like some who want top dollar for a seized rusty parts bike.
I love this new direction you are taking! My wife is not a big bike person but anytime she hears y’all’s voices playing she comes over and watches because we love y’all so much!

Gary was a super nice guy. Wish him the best.
That Honda Trail 70 is a sweet find! Totally worth a lot of $$$.
Those CT 70’s bring a lot more than 300 in WA! Can’t wait to see the repair videos
Gary seemed like a nice guy. We all want to try and save old motorcycles.
🤣yes, I leave them outside to rot trying to preserve them.
I would love to see you get that S90 going, Jake!
I love motorcycles but hate haggling. I like that you included that process in this video though. Seems like a good deal in the end! Thanks for the content that will come from this Gary!

You guys are awesome! Camera girl's smile is amazing ❤
And the transitions...
Brother y'all took me way back and put tears in my eyes when I was 14 my Pop brought home a 68 super 90 like that one it was complete we put a new ignition in it and battery and off I went. Pop died earlier this year. Thank you for the fond memory I love that bike
The way it came chrome on tank that is a sharp bike enjoy friend Bill Roberts
I love this channel and the quirky humor. You both are great!
My dad had a 76 TL250. I rode the heck out of that bike in the NorCal woods.
I think you got a solid crop of bikes worth restoring.
Great video folks.
I like the panning scene changes on the bike breakdown evaluation! Bravo camera girl!
82 XL500R PROBABLY ONE OF THE BEST LONG LIVED DUALSPORTS OUT THERE PERIOD MY BROTHER HAS ONE AND HE GETS COMPLEMENTS EVERYWHERE WE RIDE
YOUR GONNA WANNA KEEP THAT OL GIRL TRUST ME
Why are you yelling?
@@toliver66 He probably rode without a muffler for a looooong time.
89HondaCR500R There's a guy who lives in the next town over from me. He's got one and the thing looks to be in mint shape. I've never been able to catch him in a parking lot to get a closer look at it. Maybe someday I will.
Love the unbridled enthusiasm
Thats what happens when you ride without hearing protection.
I don't get to ride as much as I'd like, but I did ride my quad today and it just changes my perspective and gets me smiling all over again, it's a good thing that you do

After A Long 600 Mile Road Trip, Its Nice To Kick Back Relax And Watch A Jennies Garage Video. All Nice Bikes.
Gary is a good guy, very reasonable price for motorcycles
That 750 is cool and it has a title!
Camera girl giggling is priceless!
Yep, priceless and looking better than ever!

Always love to see my notifications going off letting me know theirs a new video!!!

Always fast klick on notification that Jennies Garage has new video :) Awsome video as usual :D
Was fun to meet the owner of the bikes and your negotiation with him prior to picking them up
Stumbled on your videos, I love what your doing and the genre bikes you are playing with. I also like the video styles- very watchable!
You have a Honda sport 90 . pretty rare id hang on to that one for sure.
Always happy to see a JG video.
One of my first bikes was a 1966 Honda S 90 just like the one you bought. It’s the street version of the step through trail 90 that tons of hunters used for years. Love those videos guys! Very interesting!
Don't give up guys. While you were out from youtube for sometime it was depressing not to see you guys for that amount of days. I believe in Jennies garage.
Wow my first motorcycle when I was 11 in 1968 was a Honda CL90, it had the high exhaust. I loved that bike!
I don’t even remember the last time i watched you guys, but you are amazing. Much love❤
82 500r is an iconic bike!
Me: SHUT UP FAMILY! Jennie’s garage just uploaded a new video
Thank yall for starting my week on a good note. getting this in on Monday, the sun is shinning on me today. = )
This is such a fun channel to watch, I'm totally addicted to it.
Absolutely bud you need to keep the stuff around i wish I had at least one of mine I have a page in my notes of over 26 motorcycles or mini bikes I’ve had since I was a kid
That XL500 in running shape should fetch close to $1400
The monkey bikes and XR'S...👍Lots of money in GB....lots of work though time is money.Concentrate on what youve got, pick the best get going and sell.Bargains defo.Get spannering 🤩
You two would be fun painting a fence 🙃
Those S90s are so cool, always wanted one. Either can't find them or way out of my budget.
I like the SS50 look better but nice bike
I used to watch another guy, he was to by the book with an unlimited budget-which anyone could do if they were rich. You’re more in reality and I get a good laugh from u and your wife.
Best of luck with the new house it is a bit scary/ nerve wracking but in the end you will be happy and content…hang in there….
IM IN MARYSVILLE OMG!! If I would have known I would of given you a 60s Honda twin or something you are the reason I started flipping bikes and working on small engines
Damn the negotiations were solid. Started at 3 bikes for $700 and ended at 4 bikes for 800. I would have took them all for the 1,000. Great job!
Popcorn time
Wow that VFR750F that is my dream to own a VFR750F the all white one with a blue seat 86 model i hope you get it well all the hondas best of luck.
Wheelbarrow looked complete👍🤭
that 70 would be worth your while to fix, as long as that rear axle coming out isn't too much a battle. ppl use them for run about bikes at camps and such, they are small yet an adult can ride them comfortably. Some decent folk around, nice one Gary.
Wrll done Jake and Jess. Keep em coming. Wanna see more repairs. Even others bikes. !
Love seeing what you guys are up to. Keep up the great work.
If that CT70 got listed in my neck of the woods just south of Portland Oregon, it’d go for no less than $700! Ppl treat those bikes like they are made of gold
Nice my first bike was a 1970 ct 70 40 years ago that I still have

Nice buy

Good negotiations and great result. With these prices it is worth the time and money to invest to make them great again.
the Honda s90 may be the Gem of GarysVille
Honda S90s (Sport/Super 90) are cool little bikes. I was surprised to see someone (ATL area) get over $3k for theirs. it was operable, but nowhere near restored.
loved the transition between bikes 🌪️
Nice video!!

Thanks for being nice people and giving the duck some love
nice score guys, i now would love to see you gping through these bikes & try getting them running again😛
BRO WHAT A PILE OF $!+++ HE WOULD HAVE TO PAY ME 2K TO REMOVE THAT JUNK OUT OF HIS HOUSE I WOULDA NEVER NEVER PAID TO PICK UP THAT JUNK !!!
People after my own heart, buying more before selling many.
Another great video!
Ct70’s have become very valuable. Boomers who grew up with them want them for their office and there is also a healthy mod community. Very good aftermarket support.
I have a 78 with a yx140 swap and it’s does ~70mph now lol.
I love that Camera Girl laughs at just about every dumb thing he says.
I'd recommend getting ahold of John or Isaac fron Cars and Cameras about the trail 70 or S90. Those bikes are right up their alley
Trail 70 are always listed for so much. There is legit just a frame listed for $650. Running ones are sometimes listed for over 4k!!
Jake, those Honda S90 models can sell for 1500 or more when restored.
The little 90 is an S90 dont see to many of those anymore, restored they bring a good bit, i havent seen one in years and i go to vintage motorcycle shows every year. I would try to fix that one, be great for your son to ride. They are so simple.
If you are going to haul bikes, you need a small trailer, a chain breaker, and a 12 volt air compressor. I've hauled hundreds.
Last time I saw you guys you were messin with a Corvette. Its been awhile.
The “trials” bike looks like an xl250 (74) with later suspension, forks maybe “Simon’s” it would be my favorite.
Looks like aftermarket shocks on the TL250. Piggy back reservoirs came later and were not stock per pictures. I will guess "works performance" shocks.
Love the little Honda's
Nice guy, great video😊
Yes! CT70 video sometime in the future!
Always enjoy your videos 👍
I'm 10 minutes from Marysville. Never see deals like this posted.
Trials bikes are awesome!
"Trial buddy" has everything you need to restore that CT70. They go for $5k where I live.
Waiting for more videos Sir
I would love to buy a bike off of you, I will let you know when I get some spending money 👍
breaks my heart to see bikes sitting and rotting away. Same with old cars/trucks where the owner refuses to sell it to someone that wants to restore it. Thing has been sitting for 30 years yet the 85 year old owner has plans to "fix it up" someday.
He sold it.
those honda 90s are very rare cool finds
early vf750, run away, quick, renowned for camshaft problems from new, that xl500 would make a good project though
I would have bought that lot for 2k n finished half of them before the end of the video.
The xl500r would cost me 3k here for a wreck.
Sounds like a very good guy to do business with. He has no interest in pulling the wool over your eyes. How it should be. :)
I would like to have that 500.. But live way down in SE Georgia....
The black Honda is a s90 pretty rare in the uk and people pay a good price 😎
CT70 - here in Australia, would fetch around AUD$2,000 as it is.
TL250 - fairly rare here as well. Maybe around AUD $1,000. The frame itself is probably where the money is.
Running good condition here usa. Under 2000.oo
We could get in kahoots
But I think too much to ship.
Love your country
Only seen it on TV.
✌️ BROTHER
I thought that TL front end looked wrong, it’d probably be worth £7-800 here in the UK
