Me too sis 😔 just saw in a post to eat high foods in serotonin (such as pineapple, eggs, salmon..) I really pray that you find relief and stay strong 💓
Allow me to explain PMS from a different angle and also how to deal with it on both the physical and psychological levels. The explanation is a bit lengthy but it is definitely worth the time. So let's start: There are pockets of negative emotions trapped in the individual and collective human psyche. It is called pain-body. The pain-body usually has a collective as well as a personal aspect. The personal aspect is the ACCUMULATED RESIDUE OF EMOTIONAL PAIN suffered in one's own past. The collective one is the pain accumulated in the collective human psyche over thousands of years through disease, torture, war, murder, cruelty, madness, and so on. Everyone's personal pain-body also partakes of this collective pain-body. Coming to the main point, apart from her personal pain-body, every woman has her share in what could be described as the collective female pain-body. This consists of accumulated pain suffered by women partly through male subjugation of the female, through slavery, exploitation, rape, childbirth, child loss, and so on, over thousands of years. The emotional or physical pain that for many women precedes and coincides with the menstrual flow is the pain-body in its collective aspect that awakens from its dormancy at that time, although it can be triggered at other times too. It restricts the free flow of life energy through the body. Often a woman is "taken over" by the pain-body at that time. It has an extremely powerful energetic charge that can easily pull you into unconscious identification with it. You are then actively possessed by an energy field that occupies your inner space and pretends to be you - but, of course, is not you at all. It speaks through you, acts through you, thinks through you. It will create negative situations in your life so that it can feed on the energy. It wants more pain, in whatever form. It can be vicious and destructive. It is pure pain, past pain - and it is not you. The good news is that transmutation of the pain-body is possible. One of the best times for this is during menses. Usually, it is a time of physical and psychological disturbance for many women, as they are taken over by the collective female pain-body. Once you have reached a certain level of consciousness, however, you can reverse this, so instead of becoming affected psychosomatically, you become more conscious. Let me describe the basic process of transmutation. When you know that the menstrual flow is approaching, before you feel the first signs of what is commonly called premenstrual tension, the awakening of the collective female pain-body, become very alert and inhabit your body as fully as possible. When the first sign appears, you need to be alert enough to "catch" it before it takes you over. For example, the first sign may be a sudden strong irritation or a flash of anger, or it may be a purely physical symptom. Whatever it is, catch it before it can take over your thinking or behavior. This simply means putting the spotlight of your attention on it. If it is an emotion, feel the strong energy charge behind it. Know that it is the painbody. At the same time, be the knowing; that is to say, be aware of your conscious presence and feel its power. Any emotion that you take your presence into will quickly subside and become transmuted. If it is a purely physical symptom, the attention that you give it will prevent it from turning into an emotion or a thought. Then continue to be alert and wait for the next sign of the pain-body. When it appears, catch it again in the same way as before. Later, when the pain-body has fully awakened from its dormant state, you may experience considerable turbulence in your inner space for a while, perhaps for several days. Whatever form this takes, stay present. Give it your complete attention. Watch the turbulence inside you. Know it is there. Hold the knowing, and be the knowing. Remember: do not let the pain-body use your mind and take over your thinking. Watch it. Feel its energy directly, inside your body. As you know, full attention means full acceptance. Through sustained attention and thus acceptance, there comes transmutation. The pain-body becomes transformed into radiant consciousness, just as a piece of wood, when placed in or near a fire, itself is transformed into fire. Menstruation will then become not only a joyful and fulfilling expression of your womanhood but also a sacred time of transmutation, when you give birth to a new consciousness. P.S: Please spread the above info to your dear and near ones suffering from PMS in case you find it useful.
legit I always get hungry , tired , sad , overwhelmed , feel more scared/anxious , my heart just beats weirdly , I’m breathless , joint pain in hands , wrists , legs especially , shooting pain up in my rectum and stomach or just throughout my body , and breast tenderness too.
A week before my periods i get pms. Throwing up, dizziness, nausea, mood swings, increased appetite, cravings, emotional rollercoaster, anxiety, cramps, headache and back aches
I don’t get depressed but restlessness, anxiety, horrible insomnia, severe joint pain, and an increase in seizures, as well as a three day migraine are annoying af. It’s disruptive. Also, aspects of autism like stimuli overwhelm being worse than usual, and it’s all quite frustrating.
@@sfareedshaikh273 yes. I have some sort of connective tissue disease that makes my joints softer than they should be and my tendons are sort of elasticy. I have had arthritis since I was a child and broken a few bones so yup. Starts about 7 days prior to my period and it’s a bitch 😂
Even 3 years has passed by me struggling with these symptoms and not knowing is a really tough thing. I'm currently 12 turning 13 and I can finally understand the first time in my life why i feel mood swings, tiredness, and i sometimes revisit my past and it crushes me every time... I'm really thankful I've found this now i can live knowing that I'm not alone and I'm not some kind of psycho Lmao.
You are not alone. I feel the same way. And I know this is the worst feeling ever. I feel this straight for 14 days = 2 weeks, before my period. It shuts down my brain from concentration, understanding. Mood swings, anxiety, increased appetite in specific things and it occurs 10days before my periods. Why???😣😣
My goodness I’ve been realizing the past 5 months a week before my cycle I’m either very unmotivated, angry, sad or have very bad anxious feelings or thoughts!! Oh not to mention this really weird thing happens when I get short of breath talking like getting into the conversation it’s so WEIRD ! It only happens before my cycle I can’t stand it!!!!
These days even i get shortness of breath while speaking sometimes. Though i don't know is it due toPMS or a remnant side effect of COVID or ageing (i am 34.5)
I feel satisfied but very guilty for digging into my craving for chocolate (Reese's peanut butter cups and KitKat). During PMS-ing I just want to wear comfy sweats and pile up in all the comfy blankets and pillows, eat chocolate and avoid all of humanity for the next couple of days. The best chocolate I can think of okay to consume is raw cacao.
No one can understand women's life . It is too difficult to understand by someone who don't undergo with this unexpected changes of life. It's really too difficult 😥. period oviously comes in a month for 4-5 days . But it effects begins from 1Week before period .

@@marym3355 Have you found a solution?? I also get this way really badly a week before ovulation and all the way through it. I have lost 15 lbs over the last few months because the pms got worse when I increased my sexual activity. I learned that estrogen is the culprit and increased estrogen happens when you have a lot of sex. I have tried to change my diet and lifestyle. Aerobic exercise each day is supposed to deplete the body of estrogen dominance.
i'm 21 years old and I always feel like this a week before my period starts. I get moody, angry, irritated and too depressed to do to normal everyday activities. Is PMS common in girls?
I get panic attacks with hyper ventilating, anxiety, low blood sugar, like almost close to fainting, and the shakes when I get close to my period 1-4 days away from it. This doesn’t always happen, but usually only when I have the heavy nausea and cramps I just get freaked out a bit.
@@Joy-l3x8k I believe it’s partly vitamin deficiency and the best thing is to get blood work done, but it’s also from the sudden up and down and instability of the hormonal changes.

Ugh it feels exactly the same as that and I have had to take Zofran. It’s like I’m freaking preggo every month! I never had this before til I turned 37.
I have been depressed and full of stress since I was a kid, so that part doesn’t apply to me. Though weeks before my period my breasts hurt, and I get back pain and cramps days up to a week before my period. Not sure though if it’s normal or pms.
So annoying. I feel GREAT during my period usually... It's like a weight gets lifted right before it comes on, then soon as it's spotting, 3-4 days on, I start losing interest in everything. Have this constant sense of restless paralysis. I noticed this pattern every month where I get a FEW good days, where I'm cheerful, enthusiastic and motivated only then to descend back into the abyss of aggravation and uncertainty. It's hard to pin down, but I tend to have autism meltdowns right around ovulation and kinda calms down but doesn't entirely dissipate until af notes her imminent arrival. Most of the month, I have NO appetite. Seriously, it's a vicious cycle bc you can't function while hungry on a regular basis, but I find food so aversive in general... I'm not trying to lose weight, I'd love to have an appetite so I could more easily eat and feel instantly better. It's a prison of my own making admittedly. Could be zinc deficiency/copper overload. I'm the worst about taking supplements. My cycles are very regular, I've still gotten my period at 85 pounds at 5'0. The myofascial tension is pretty much always unless I spend literal hours releasing trigger points. If I don't, they're so restrictive and distracting. I'm almost 33, with three young kids, yet I feel like a 70yo woman most days. I have no interest, motivation and I honestly don't know what would. I have no suggestions, no solutions. I just want to feel ok but the drugs don't work. Not even the potent fun ones... 13 years of marriage to a narcissist while only being 4 months in post separation definitely doesn't help matters. The suspected undiagnosed autism doesn't either. Getting fobbed off before I even get my foot in the door with any medical practitioner has just drained me of all hope of disembarking this banal hormonal carousel that I hate. I wish I could make myself change, uplift myself. Just feel better, do better so I can feel better. But it's like a warble that stops me and I truly don't know what it all means.
Holey hek. This was me a couple of days ago....crying non-stop. Anxiety. Mood swings. Irritable as fcck. How did I get to nearly 40 and not even know about this!!!!!
Miss Kurdapya yeah, my doctor gave me antidepressants. My stress is gone and my period is fine. PMS also gone. Now I just experience a light headache and that’s it. If you experience a lot of stress I recommend you to go to psychiatrist. You don’t even realize how stress effects our hormones. Wish u good health

Sometimes i get really bad pms meaning its gonna be a horrible period..At the moment im cramping, bloating n perhaps moody i cried yesterday cause hubby annoyed me as well as my mom stating she cant come to my bday meal, which is understandable as it was last minute n she did a night shift😅..one voice kept saying it dnt matter im just asking for a couple hrs of her time and she can sleep the rest of the night, pissing myself off even more and the other voice saying come on it was last minute and she just did a few night shifts in a row...its my bday today and though im crampy etc trying my best to keep myself happy by the grace of God so I dont get agitated and I can enjoy being alive and celebrate with family🤣..I was also hoping to get pregnant this time around but keeping positive one day God will bless my womb

Allow me to explain PMS from a different angle and also how to deal with it on both the physical and psychological levels. The explanation is a bit lengthy but it is definitely worth the time. So let's start:
There are pockets of negative emotions trapped in the individual and collective human psyche.
You are then actively possessed by an energy field that occupies your inner
space and pretends to be you - but, of course, is not you at all.
If it is a purely physical symptom, the attention that you give it
will prevent it from turning into an emotion or a thought.
The
pain-body becomes transformed into radiant consciousness, just as a piece of wood, when placed in or near a fire, itself is transformed into fire.

Anyone else watching while PMSing??😂 my cravings have been uncontrollable lately. Currently in bed eating Oreos with milk
Joint pain ?
How many days before start ?
@@sfareedshaikh273 yes. I have some sort of connective tissue disease that makes my joints softer than they should be and my tendons are sort of elasticy. I have had arthritis since I was a child and broken a few bones so yup. Starts about 7 days prior to my period and it’s a bitch 😂
But i feel these symptoms 2 weeks before the date ...why so early🥺
Maybe it’s ovulation
@CupcakeDiamondx okay
Same 🙄

Even 3 years has passed by me struggling with these symptoms and not knowing is a really tough thing. I'm currently 12 turning 13 and I can finally understand the first time in my life why i feel mood swings, tiredness, and i sometimes revisit my past and it crushes me every time... I'm really thankful I've found this now i can live knowing that I'm not alone and I'm not some kind of psycho Lmao.
They should teach this to everyone in school. Maybe men and women can understand each other better. No wonder I’m single 😢
I’m nauseous, stomach backed up, bloated, sleepy, breast hurt, light headed, it’s been like this for 10 days
Literally... I was like my night mares are coming.... At that time I listened to BTS 😂
Do any of you feel dizzy few days before?

You are not alone. I feel the same way. And I know this is the worst feeling ever. I feel this straight for 14 days = 2 weeks, before my period. And the worst thing of all this is that it is not good for my health.😪Let's pray To God,that all they girls/womens who are suffering from this problem,I hope they won't suffer it anymore. 🙏This feels like hell
I’m gonna have my period in 2-3 days time and I feel extremely tired is this normal?
Yes. Im always sleepy when it's almost my time of the month. Us women have to endure so much.
Make sure you taking your vitamins.. and get iron check❤️
I've realized that I get sad, anxious, angry, and emotional before my period. I also get extremely tired and have abdominal pain 😪
But yeah this video sums up pretty much what I go through =/
I feel mood swings, depression, bloated, pain in butt, shortness of breath, palpitations, breast pain, nausea, weakness in pms😵😵

Does anyone experience back pains?
It shuts down my brain from concentration, understanding. Mood swings, anxiety, increased appetite in specific things and it occurs 10days before my periods. Why???😣😣
Similar for me also.
I wish the guy narrating this video was my bf so I could nag about my PMS to him. It sounds like he knows every single dang thing about women’s hormones and body. He would be a dream bf!
I get itchy skin and scalp. My pms stars two weeks before my period

I’m due in 6 days loss of appetite, literally forcing myself to eat, which isn’t like me. I feel extremely tired and brain 🧠 fog 🌫 and feel down and not happy, also anxiety 😥 this happens every month some months it’s really bad unfortunately this month is worse than last month. I’m trying to keep busy and not let it get me down but it’s difficult and it stresses me out. Although I’m not scared of the symptoms I’ve kept a diary and it’s typical every month.
This is the same for me too, almost exactly! I am taking Zofran every month for it. It started to get really bad for me at age 37. I never had it before that
I have exactly the same symptoms, I have to forse myself to eat because of nausea and appetite loss
What does brain fog feel like? Because I have weird head sensations like I’m under water, dropping, sinking, or fell over
This is so me right now even my cat is avoiding me
Okay I need to know I’m not going crazy, does anybody else get severe pains in stomach & itchy all over like extremely itchy
Omg I always feel like I’m itching EVERYWHERE during my period- I totally get you.The doctor suspects endometriosis.
Found this lesson very helpful. Where are the other 3 lessons on this topic? Couldn't find.
i'm 21 years old and I always feel like this a week before my period starts. I get moody, angry, irritated and too depressed to do to normal everyday activities. Is PMS common in girls?
Yes
Do any the rest of y’all get tachycardia (rapid heartbeat) a couple days before your period? 🥺
I get panic attacks with hyper ventilating, anxiety, low blood sugar, like almost close to fainting, and the shakes when I get close to my period 1-4 days away from it. This doesn’t always happen, but usually only when I have the heavy nausea and cramps I just get freaked out a bit.
I sure do !!!
@@sheilaemadianany idea what causes all that? Do you feel dizziness?
@@Joy-l3x8k I believe it’s partly vitamin deficiency and the best thing is to get blood work done, but it’s also from the sudden up and down and instability of the hormonal changes.
@@sheilaemadiancan I ask how old you are please? I have the same symptoms and I'm pre menopausal with heavy periods. The dizziness and feeling of unsteadiness even while sitting is that a symptom you have?
How is this any different than pregnancy symptoms??
Is it natural to get back pain for one week before getting period?
Yes
I'm Yas
That's why i mistook my PMs from early pregnancy sometimes
Ugh it feels exactly the same as that and I have had to take Zofran. It’s like I’m freaking preggo every month! I never had this before til I turned 37.
Yes, totally agree. But what’s the solution? 🙏
Exactly
There is no solution
It’s almost like 10/12 days of pain and suffering every month . First 6-7 days of PMS and then periods . It ducking sucks !! 😩😩
Thik hua apka
I have been depressed and full of stress since I was a kid, so that part doesn’t apply to me. Though weeks before my period my breasts hurt, and I get back pain and cramps days up to a week before my period. Not sure though if it’s normal or pms.
This is the most informative teaching about this. Thankyou.
All thanks to Eve.
Why didn’t he say cramps!!! Thats the major symptom for me, unbearable cramps that cause nausea sometimes
I have DECREASED appetite or everything sounds gross

Pms can cause depression, I think yes :((

I’ve gotten extremely horrible and suicidal thoughts while pmsing
Yes
Me too have this symptoms bt my parents are not willing to understand
Even I mentioned about my situation they are not even giving attention
Damn now I can put a word to what I'm facing now.
I think no one is going to read this essay

Sometimes i get really bad pms meaning its gonna be a horrible period..At the moment im cramping, bloating n perhaps moody i cried yesterday cause hubby annoyed me as well as my mom stating she cant come to my bday meal, which is understandable as it was last minute n she did a night shift😅..one voice kept saying it dnt matter im just asking for a couple hrs of her time and she can sleep the rest of the night, pissing myself off even more and the other voice saying come on it was last minute and she just did a few night shifts in a row...its my bday today and though im crampy etc trying my best to keep myself happy by the grace of God so I dont get agitated and I can enjoy being alive and celebrate with family🤣..I was also hoping to get pregnant this time around but keeping positive one day God will bless my womb
but if low estradiol is the cause of this symptoms why they disappear with menstruation and in the early follicular phase where estradiol is also low ?
