Wattana Panich is the place i absolutely have to visit every time im in bangkok. The person whom you interviewed is the 3rd gen owner and hes actually my good friends football teammate. They are of thai-chinese descent hence the shop has all sorts of chinese characters written all over. I suspect they used to sell other foods as well before specializing in the beef noodles as the ceiling walls still holds their old menu items in chinese that shows other food items. They are not on Grab though. This shop is featured many times on various food blogs and has won many awards as well though he keeps the awards tucked away on the upstairs seating so you wont be able to tell.
This has literally been my first meal in bangkok for the past 6 visits. One bowl beef large soup no noodles and a bowl of mutton soup. I believe they serve hotpots during dinner service.
I just started my own version of this in a slow cooker that I'm dubbing infinity stew.

i want to comment on your content in general - my thai wife and i live in San Diego and watch your content religiously and eagerly anticipate each new video. Your content shows a highly creative approach (traveling the khlongs by boat, selling durian, etc) and it is vastly underrated. It would hurt a great deal to lose your voice in Thailand. I'll do my part by commenting and sharing.

Usually the broth in soups in Thailand doesn't have a colour or slightly yellowish but man that one looks delicious

OH NO, they removed the decades old wall of hardened, blackened beef stew (spillage) around the large pan, replaced by concrete.
Place was closed for a year during lockdown.

I know a mouse fell in there a few times
So if someone spits or vomits in it they still dont clean it out? What if rodents etc just jump in for a swim and drown there, do they dissolve into the soup with time? Doesnt seem very hygienic. Especially not in a country like Thailand.

Better stay in Bangkok the 🥗🥙🍚🍲🍣food are excellent in the Philippines 🇵🇭 not good the food 🍱.
