Man, I really want for rend to shine as well, but sadly rend desperately need a proper aspect to boost its usefulness. Among the core skills its the only one that doesn't have an offensive aspect tailored to it. That is why no matter what other unique we use to boost its damage it is still far worse than flay. As long as moonrise and adaptability exists rend will be just a skill you will use for like first 20 levels :(
Thanks for the video guide. What are your thoughts on the Bloodfeeder glyph (+x% damage to bleeding enemies) versus Disembowl (+x% bleeding damage). My interpretation is that Bloodfeeder is better since it seems to boost all damage (the immediate damage and the DoT) but Disembowl just boosts the DoT.
You're welcome! Good question, I like to look at the bonus of the glyphs as well. Bloodfeeder is great, I do love it, but my crit strike chance is 98% I don't need the extra 10%. Disembowel with it's bonus cooldown is also not needed but still useful. Disembowel helps scale gushing wounds where Bloodfeeder does not. You are correct in your thinking that Bloodfeeder increasing your damage but the enemies need to be bleeding to proc it. Is Bloodfeeder better? Almost, if Disembowel didn't boost gushing wounds I wound say yes. Both are great and if you need the 10% crit strike I would use Bloodfeeder. If I could I would use both! I'm hoping with the reworks of season 6 that both will be useful instead of picking either or. Loved your question!
I play this as well but I use yens blessing (yens bleesing fixes your resistances) for war cry uptime and I use lunging strike you get 3 sec berserking if war cry isn't up. instead of steal grasp I use charge as a second cc break and for mobility. steel grasp is more dps though. I don't use rend size temper I go for preassure point or exposed weakness and I use accelerating instead of inner calm since I wanna be moving with charge and Edgemaster instead of elements just because its more damage and Doombringer instead of conceited aspect and therfore no cleaver glyph and therefore abit less dps. I go for more fortify. I can kill the T7 bosses about as fast as you (a little slower since I have a bad amulet with no ranks to cut to the bone but I have 100%crit chance) but I have over 93k HP (without consumables (I don't like to use those unsless they halp me "fix" my build) and I rarely die. the only annoying part about barbs survival is that the iron warrior aspect does ALL the lifting but builds barrier based on lost HP and is therefore useless against one shots, SO you need to stack as much HP as you can and still need to have cat-like refexes or you die anyways since you can't build up the barrier proactively. the same build with perma challenging shout dies sooo fast, Iron skin is the only real option here, but still I would like them to rework that iron skin would give you a % max hp barrier at anytime you like because my iron skins cooldown is 5.82s and with Rage of Harrogath this would be perma barrier, perma unstoppable, perma 35% damage reduction and perma %HP regen. this way you could also play starlight aspect instead of slaking and you get rewarded for putting more ranks in it but oh well, this build somehow still "works" ... still better than my upheaval attempt.. like alot better. I can do tormented bosses (at least solo) and pit 101 in abit over 3 minutes. I know this is 4 mythics but the problem is not only the damage that you need to deal in T7 but also how much you need to tank. for the build to work against normal content you actually don't need any. normal content would be helltide without mindcages or 3 mindcages if you don't want to challenge the maiden and NMD up to like 80 I would say and non-tormented bosses and T5 hordes. sry for the wall of text, have a nice day :)
Nice, that's my favorite, this one deals more dmg though. If you have the magnum opus and want to switch over you could. It still plays as rend rupture with the fields of crimson fyi.
@@barb_or_bust i have version of this build that's a bit stronger and i don't yet have Ramaladnis or Grandpa. @@barb_or_bust I use mouse and keyboard, I can see how that would be awkward on the controller though. How does war cry work with ring of the ravenous? @@barb_or_bust If I'm not wrong, Edge Master gives 40% based on your available Primary Resource. So, if you have 200 fury (and it seems you have more than 200 😅) when you cast Rend, you would get 80%[x](200*0.4). It scale exactly like Ramaladni's aspect
@@78wali no, if it's 40% no matter how much max fury you have as long as you are at max fury. but edgemaster is better than elements anyways because elements is 60% but only 50% of the time, so effectively only 30%. with this build I am at max fury all the time therfore edgemaster is way better for me.

Hey, why not use Edge Master instead of Aspect of Elements?
40x vs 60x edgemaster is a great idea though.

That's true, I prefer elements but edgemasters does work
So u put a lot of points to rend?
Yup, will be updating this build for season 6
Is a bleed build viable in mid game? Im lvl 63
Yes and no.
If you having the slaking aspect then yes, but try and grab the Fields of Crimson and a ring of the ravenous.
