For years, Manuel Mata has faced ongoing harassment from the Fort Worth Police Department. This video sheds light on Officer Taylor Stephens' misuse of authority and misunderstanding of the law, despite her role as a police officer. It's concerning that Officer Stephens, who is on the Brady list and was previously fired due to her involvement in a man's death from medical complications, was later rehired by the Fort Worth Police Department where she is currently employed by your tax dollars.

    FAIR USE**
Copyright Disclaimer under section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for “fair use” for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, education and research.
Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing.
Non-profit, educational or personal use tips the balance in favor of fair use.
    FAIR USE DEFINITION:
    (Source: en.wikipedia.or...)
Fair use is a doctrine in the United States copyright law that allows limited use of copyrighted material without requiring permission from the rights holders, such as for commentary, criticism, news reporting, research, teaching or scholarship. It provides for the legal, non-licensed citation or incorporation of copyrighted material in another author’s work under a four-factor balancing test. The term “fair use” originated in the United States. A similar principle, fair dealing, exists in some other common law jurisdictions. Civil law jurisdictions have other limitations and exceptions to copyright.
U.S. COPYRIGHT OFFICE- FAIR USE DEFINITION
    (Source: www.copyright.g...)
One of the rights accorded to the owner of copyright is the right to reproduce or to authorize others to reproduce the work in copies or phonorecords. This right is subject to certain limitations found in sections 107 through 118 of the copyright law (title 17, U.S. Code). One of the more important limitations is the doctrine of “fair use”. The doctrine of fair use has developed through a substantial number of court decisions over the years and has been codified in section 107 of the copyright law.
Section 107 contains a list of the various purposes for which the reproduction of a particular work may be considered fair, such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research.

All law enforcement and agents/employees should have to wear bodycams, every single one of them, and their bodycams should be their timecards.
No audio/video, no pay, and a reprimand for every second of their scheduled shift not on camera.
That audio/video should be automatically streamed to a cloud that is overseen by civilians and all audio/video public by default that the cops, city, county, sheriffs, state, have to apply to the federal government to have restricted.

Corrupt to the core with murder in their heart.
They have to keep hiring from the bottom of the same rotten apple barrel, low IQ, guaranteed by a SCOTUS ruling, with low problem solving skills. Corrupt, as they take the job and are hired because of their willingness to lie, and I was raised on, "A man is only as good as his word."
Because if they had any problem solving skills at all, they would figure out that they are a part of the problem, not the solution.

You made a bad arrest, like unlawfully bad arrest and your good buddy supervisor concurs, they go down first and/or hardest. That'll stop this bs. Cops currently have the mentality that nothing they do has any consequences. But to supervisors who do not show up and properly determine the infraction for traffic stop, PC of arrest, PC of search & the totality of the circumstances will be held MORE responsible that their subordinates. This supervisor asked zero questions & was clearly only there to give the appearance of supervision so they could say he was asked for, came , spoke with the accused & concurred. Otherwise they'll just say "I wasn't given all the relevant facts" we have to make it a serious CYA situation to discover the facts & if they concur on an obvious bad arrest that their ass is as liable.

I believe it's a universal problem, they no different here in Australia. I live in the outback parts of this great country and the racism here is rife from both sides of the fence. Cops here shoot you, my partners nephew was shot 3 times. The cop was found not guilty but then the truth hit the media and it's been crazy ever since. Zackary Rolf case, Alice Springs look it up it's crazy shit. We truely don't have this shit happen, rarely but OMG what a mess this case was still is.

They’ll need to lie on reports, lie on the stand, and most importantly, always put the “thin blue line” and their “brothers in blue” above all else! Then they start having more and more contempt for the constitution and citizenry they swore to protect as their uneducated, ignorant, arrogant, small minds become more and more inflated! A few bad apples? Does anyone really believe that? Seriously🤬. The hate in their eyes when questioned in any manner says it all. It’s a serious problem and has serious, negative implications for anybody that crosses their path and doesn’t bow down to their imagined authority. We want criminals to have something to be afraid of and we need thieves, murderers, rapists, violent lunatics, etc to be locked up but why? Why? Why? Why can’t we have law enforcement officers that actually know the laws and don’t give meaningless directives while they simultaneously hope and pray to lock anyone up that doesn’t praise them and do as they say when they have zero authority or dominion over you unless your committing a crime? Which BTW it was never defund them completely, it was about allocating their VAST, VAST resources better & to people who can do a better job. Like REAL mental health workers- with no weapons- who work well with those in distress & don't kill any of them like cops do.

      @yrp237 Рік тому

@@schrempskynate8944 Actually in the cities that have pilot projects & tried it, it's worked very well. The police when called to a mental health call don't bring compassion, understanding, knowledge of mental health, resources or most importantly TIME (non rushed response, like talking to a person quietly for an hour) the bring guns, tasers, testosterone, anger, fear, violence and baggage from previous bad experiences with the cops so in most cases once cops show up things escalate quickly because cops love to SHOUT ORDERS AT YOU OVER & OVER MANY OFTEN SCREAMING AT ONCE and for people having a really bad day, that never ends well for anyone. Cops have blunt tools only, force, violence, jail, the system. They are not there to help, never have been. More training won't help. Police forces attract bullies who have short attention spans. They want the call resolved quickly. Mental health services attract an entirely different person who is only focused on their patient and getting them real help, no matter how long it takes.
