The type of music that is made of samples is usually called plunderphonics. Apart from the ones you mentioned here are some who have made music this way also x) : P.SUS, Smuffy, Julow, D!tto, liltommyj, BluJayMix, Dizcrybe and AshCMusic. Other people that made similar things had 'pogo tribute' in the title and didn't make any more songs or simply made music in other ways after. So there are so much stuff out there to find, its just so awesome to me x).

Anyway, I'm not even a musician, but you've inspired me to imagine my own Oz remix. For starters: "A horse of a diff-" "Clip, clip, clip!" "Curses!" "Oh my!" then "If I" said by multiple characters, including from Aunt Em's "If I weren't a Christian woman...".
I agree with this being better than Mellow Brick Road, but my all time favorite Wizard Mix has to still be "Wizard of Meh" by Pogo. It's such a beautiful track that deserves a fluid extended version.

It really isn't about trying to re-create or better my previous Oz mix; but more about seeing what I could do with the source material as more matured artist.
