Beautiful pen Will and a superb blank you cast last week.
The only thing I do differently is that I wet sand as well as using the Micro Mesh Pads. I find with wet sanding I get a slurry which seems to make for a smoother surface.

I've just turned a couple of Indian rosewood pens. I always get gormed up with the CA glue!
