37mpg highway?’ This might just be the ultimate road trip car
I don’t know if it means anything, but your review of this BMW earned my subscription to your channel. I appreciate how you get into detail and describe the features. Heading over to your review of the E450 right now.
Bravo 👏🏾 on this review. Bravo
My '22 M550i looks nearly identical with the exceptions of wheels, blue brakes and a small spoiler. I've only had it for a couple weeks, and taken one road trip...great cruising vehicle, though I only got 25mpg, but I was doing 80+ most of that trip.
How is the car holding up so far? Im looking between a m550 and a 540.
@@simplybuilt_1708 nearly 22k miles and no issues
Great video sir, I love all the specs.
Great review! Mic is a welcome upgrade for video sound quality
great video, well done.
the taillight is the only thing i didn't like about the pre-lci. glad i waited and traded the F10 for this.
Great video my guy!
The V8 is the N63 for normal models and S63 for the M models. S62 was the E39 M5 :) The B architecture won't get used for V8 as it's strictly for inline use as the individual cylinder volume for the V8 and V12 is 550CC. I really like the taillights btw.
Awesome Kyle
Priming the pump for InsideEVs weekly broadcast. 😏
Did you find out if this had the real wheel steering? Seems awfully strange -- the cut in power. But maybe only the rear wheel steering ones do that?
Wait what? The m steering wheel is thinner than the regular wheel?
I loved the 2020 version but am not thrilled about the front end and tail lights on this version. The car was elegant and refined last year, this update isn't quite as refined. Calipers in black would be better and front grille should have black option. No excuse for cheap feeling materials on the dash. Thanks for the review, give your key to the camera man? Jk
Thinking of getting one of these , what do you think of that 48mild hybrid system owning it in long term is it gonna break down after few years
Probably will, but warranty covers all that.
I just bought a new 540i Touring ... because the new 540i or series 3 models all have plastic orbs here and there that look ugly as heck. The design in the video is the last "normal" design you'll see from BMW.
ROFL, Are you car salesman, damn you did a great video here and of all the vids i looked at this was the best one. LCI for me, i love the new tail lights and @17:45 hilarious and yeah i heard it and thought is was the police in your vid. BMW probably did that by design, Your Bolstering so watch out for the law.
Pro tip-less of you more of car.
point - you are at work - don't have a drink sitting in frame. review and do your job... Hey I subscribe - just my opinion.
Hey I get to make the rules here, not you! 🤣
It's underpowered still using 2015 engines setup of lower line, I'd rather say no to bmw gimmicks and skip to the next model or a 550i this will soon be corrected leaving you with a lagger.
I just turn in my 2018 m550i. It's a straight line beast, however you do feel the bigger engine, it's very nose heavy. It did not Handle good
@@dearcoolz They could stiill use the 382 HP that goes on the 2020 Z4 M40i or the 2018 X3 M40i 355 HP that's a more up to date in-line six no reason to use older setup.

I just got a 2021 x5 m sports. It handles better than the m550i lol
@@navsofour2892 could use more power, but certainly not underpowered. i'll be having a mild tune on mine soon tho.
