Zipp 303s set in Europe is 820€ and the ENVE 45 set is 1650€. They are not really comparable in price here. Zipps for the price are outstanding wheelset but if you look at china manufacturers there you have much better offerings for the price. For example new Yoeleo PRO NxT SL2 are 200g lighter for the same price.
I had the Foundation 45s for 2 years and they were awesome. 1 spoke on the rear broke randomly and the front bearings went rusty about 3 months in. Enve customer service was fast to take care of the issues, but other than that absolutely amazing wheelset. Probably doesn’t matter to most people, but the enve rims are made in Utah and the 303s are overseas, if I remember correctly.
Weird, the Enve 45s I bought two months ago came taped from the factory. I just had to install the valves an i was good to go. I also had no problems mounting GP5000 tires just using a track pump, no compressor necessary . The whole process took 15-20 minutes and zero issues holding air using Sila sealant.
I had both and the Enve 45 Foundations are better. The Enve have to hub options an in house ratchet with Mavic based system and i9 six pawl, both superior to the 144/145 Zipp 3 pawl hub.

Great videos guys keep em coming
IMHO, Enve lost their panache and mojo when they stopped using Chris King hubs. It made them special.
Does Zipp use proprietary or weird sized wheel bearings ?
weird seals...so you cant really take industry standard bearings :/

Both are overpriced junk. There are so many better Wheels on a market
@@kubackjeee Zipps are 820€ for a set. You can't get anything for much less and they have a life time warranty.
Neither. Thank you
