What a relief the sound quality is on this one. Your first video in front of the white board had some awful acoustics in that room that made it unlistenable for me.
Thanks for all ya help ma’am! ;) 😃😃😃 Oh, oh! I swear to god! If ya a pure speaking Geordie from Newcastle Upon Tyne and they made you learn German at school then after you have mastered German and because you’re a Geordie, Dutch WILL be super easy for you to learn! 😃😃😃😃 Because Dutch IS! A way much easier version of German slap bang in the middle of English and German and some of the slang words us North Eastern English have just HAPPEN to be either very similar or false friends to quite a few Dutch words! XD Yeah! ;) Put it this way! Us North Eastern English say; “I mack coffee” you totally awesome lovely Dutch people say; “Ik maak koffie” See? Pretty damn similar! 😃😃😃 Now I’m a Mackem, (A resident from Sunderland) and the Mackem accent IS pretty similar to the Geordie accent therefor pretty much part of the same English dialect! XD
“Double Dutch” huh? Yeah well Single Dutch has so much in common with English indeed! ;) 😃😃😃 🇳🇱🇳🇱🇳🇱 Oh, oh! And some of the vowel sounds us Northern English have are pretty damn similar to some Scandinavian vowel sounds too! And Norwegian’s Æ Ø and Å are no exceptions! XD
Excelent tips. You help me a lot. Thank you so much
Graag gedaan en succes met je studie! :)
Excellent job! I am following Dutch lessons in Belgium for one month now, this is the first time I "clearly" understand the rule. Dank U.
