What do you think so far of the HJM Trihualer?
Just checked the website-looks really decent for the price. Are there any USB ports for charging a phone?
Kudos to HJM!! Love that the Trike was shipped on a Pallet. It changes how the shipping companies handle the box. I am amazed by this initial review of this E-Trike!
One hub motor on each wheel would be even better.

This is the one trike that has peaked my interest! We have an XP Trike, but due to the dreaded bearing problem, I'm sitting here, waiting for FedEx to pick it up.
Oh no, I hate hearing about problems like that. Noting worse than making a purchase only to be so disappointed. We will get more information out soon. Stay tuned.

Can I make a recommendation?
- Would like to see a hill climb test up a long hill or give us the slope grade number.
- Where are these bikes coming from? China or where? And how shipped?
- And how is customer support? I have emailed 6 well known eTrike companies and only 1 (AddMotor) has gotten back to me.
- Do they have a phone number and how is their support.
Because all these Trikes are very similar, support is really the most important thing.

everything i'm lookin for except the price...2K is a little pricy however already assembled is worth a lot of $$$ right there..2yr guarantee is good, financing with Affirm...not so good

Yes they did. They have air now.
Too bad it's another front hub motor trike. I know it's the easy way to go but living on a mountain with hilly gravel roads that doesn't work for me. Everything else about it looks pretty good and I'm sure it's a great choice for most people. It's also very nice to see another company that knows how to ship a trike.

unfortunately it does not. But I will be suggesting it.
Will you please talk about how much pedaling resistance there is when you do your review? I have looked at these bikes but would like some exercise also. Thanks!
With cadence sensor bikes (like this one) as soon as you move the pedals the motor kind of takes over and revs up to the set speed for what PAS level your in. But from there, you get resistance by pedaling more than what the motor wants to allow. So essentially your fighting the motor a little. Its a great way to feel the resistance and get exercise.
Are you just ghost pedaling at that point?

Hey Jen, looking for a new trike? :-) Well, it will be hard to say. FIrst, I have not reviewed "all" trikes so opinions will be limited to my experience. Next, its hard to say because there is so much to consider. Build quality, features, performance, warrantee and customer service. Some may be great in a few areas, others great in other areas. But I will do my best.
@@EbikeReviews Yep, thinking of adding a trike, and I still haven’t really found the “perfect” e-bike that has every component and feature I want and for a reasonable price point. Getting picky in my old age, lol! Which trike did your wife like the best after she tried them?
@@Jen-CelticWarrior Trikes are so much fun! She liked the Mooncool TK1 the best. Its a little more stable, good power and she's unable to pedal power so it being a single speed was fine for her.
There a reason they stopped making trikes with the two wheels in the back.
back wheels too close together, a bit dangerous should be a foot wider each side to avoid tip over
