Just because it pops and shoots flames doesn't mean it has anti-lag. This is a rev limiter that cuts ignition spark but still sprays fuel causing unburned fuel to ignite in the exhaust anti-lag is different but they both serve the same purpose. anti-lag usually just having raw fuel sprayed directly into the exhaust before the turbo.
This may be the Hannover S4, but it isn't running anywhere near 1000HP in this video. It looks like half that at times. Is this definitely the Hannover car?
