- Putting together a capsule wardrobe perfect for the office can be quite daunting however you only need 10 items to start off until you feel comfortable and then you can start adding on or two items each payday. #officeoutfit #elegant #tattoo #office #officewear
I always dressed like my supervisor, and when she moved on, I got her job! (She was much more qualified than I was, but she gave me such excellent training in our field or science and engineering, if not deliberately in office style). My career went continuously from strength to strength, and in addition to my always hard and painstaking work, I credit her for my success. What an amazing lady, I’ll always be grateful. Like her, I always helped other young woman starting out in our male-dominated field. It’s hard to think of any area that isn’t worth emulating her in.

You have such great style. I love it. But, I’m a menopausal momma and thyroid girl, so I’m always hot except when I’m cold 🤷🏻♀️ I’ve always thought one of the best things you can do is buy clothes that fit you or have them altered.

This is great advice. I’m an inked 50 year old and I had the ink 30+ years ago. In my twenties I had to navigate corporate America back when it was still pretty shocking. I used tricks similar to yours.
I always thought and still think it’s fun to dress up for the office and add some whimsical and unique touches.

I find many of my items on Poshmark, Mercari and Belk and Macy’s when they have sales. I love Fly London or London Fly? I have 2 pairs and I love them. Also Ugg and Koolabura shoes, not necessarily the boots and slippers but cute shoes
i think a great idea to link your outfits would be to create a LTK! thank you sm for incorporating this stuff for the office girlies btw
I do have an LTK but not sure how to link onto UA-cam 🤷🏼♀️ plus I buy a lot of second hand or from tk maxx
I might have missed it in the video, but where did you get your black loafers from? Finding good quality shoes has been the hardest thing for me by far
@@anittabreak3097 these are from Dune London, their leather range is amazing and I must admit I now get 90% of my shoes from there as they will last
