In Lake Havasu City, there’s two tiny home communities that I know of. One is about 10 units and the other I believe is 20 units with garages for some of the units

I fully plan on living small, just can't yet. I have four boys that would explode a tiny house. :) There is a season for everything right?

We are working on it, have the designs all done waiting on a few projects to finalize and then we will be off to the races
Hotel rooms are 500 sqft on avg.. I find 180sqft fuckin depressing esp because you are calling it affordable housing .....
