When it comes to pocket neighborhoods I feel like you always wanna have a front porch that is generous enough to be able to have a settee or two chairs or porch swing. It’s what ends up making the residents feel connected to the outside and their community. So I would be sure to always include that quintessential inviting front porch space.
Closets are always a after thought . You need a place to hang clothes or hang organizers to suit your need , floor to ceiling built in bookshelves also adjustable shelving for pantry areas . Usable porches .Hedges between homes . Parking lot with assigned parking.
I would absolutely be interested in one of your tiny homes. Love your concept. I am a disabled nurse and Radiology Tech looking to move back South. My illnesses doesn't allow for the cold weather. Of course disability means limited income. I'm subscribed to your channel and receiving notifications. Will you please keep me posted? Just a note, washer/dryer in home is always a plus. Thank you so much.
This idea reminds me of historic Oak Bluffs on Martha’s Vineyard. Originally started as cottages at a religious revival camp, the tiny Victorian cottages are now highly prized.
Yeah, not all of the tiny home to have lofts, and all will have the bedroom on the main floor. But a lot of seniors do we have grandkids that would love to come and climb the ladder and lofts are so fun
This is great. I have thought about doing this but it is out of my capabilities. There is a similar park in Athens, Tx that has tiny houses, park model RV’s and 5th wheels. They lots all have carports that have a storage room and washer/dryer hook ups. Most have small fenced yards that are easy to keep up and most have covered decks. I like that you’re thinking of a community room. I had wanted an enclosed gazebo as a community room with the ability to have pot luck meals or get togethers to play games, etc. I wish you the greatest success. I believe you will be surprised at just how many people will want to make their home in your community. God bless you.
I have wanted to do something like this in my area since I lost my job . . I too love helping others. I have been looking at tiny homes and wondering where I could put one . I was a designer and decorated new homes for 10 years. I would ask myself time after time why they put something where they did or wonder what they were thinking when designing the home. Every detail has to be thought out thoroughly in a tiny home as you know.. Seniors and the disabled have different needs and wants. I would love to help in any way I can. As a Christian, I feel that's what we should do if possible. Where are you located? I am looking for a tiny home . I just stumbled upon your video. You are doing such a wonderful thing. I would love to help in any way and feel I could... .God Bless You and God Bless America!!!!
I believe main bedroom in ground level, loft for family members or grandchildren come to visit would be nice. One car garage and small deck are great. How about Interior color, floor and cabinets selection ?
I have been in search of a tiny home community for quite a while now... where can I find your contact info; are you taking reservations at this point, what town are you in, etc. Thanks... also I love your ideas and enthusiasm!
I’m not sure where you are, but I love the plans on the first one. Your idea is so good. I’m wondering what the payment is going to look like for that or really price on any. Totally interested. Living on a fixed income is awful

Agreed front porches all around

Yeah I tried to get washer and dryers in all them :)
Awesome. I will continue to follow you.
you need stairs to a loft instead of a ladder, for safety, especially for seniors or folks with a toddler
a few different kinds of construction might be okay but it will be much less expensive if they can be standardized to some extent.
Yes but less fun 🤩
Italian Cypress trees.. tall and thin.
Yes I love it. That will be perfect
YOur tiny house designs are great- want to see the ONE level concept. TOTALLY LOVE WHAT YOU ARE DOIN!!!
Ross Chapin's work talks a lot about creating layers of privacy on small lots, It would probably be a good resource for ideas
Have you all looked into earth bag homes?
I have not, I mean not really, I will now :)
@@RealEstateGettingStarted 😂 ok 👍 cool 😎
Make a Tiny House community in Kansas City, MO! I love this idea.

I love this. I have been dreaming of doing this for myself and friends forever. Excited to see how it works out.
Me too. So excited. :D
Where are you doing this at? I’m interested
Florence AZ
For the first one :)
Hello. I love your ideas! Where are you located?
Florence AZ to start
You need to make a tiny house without loft seniors can’t climb a ladder like that
Where is the village community located. Garages would be nice. Small yard is good
Yeah, not all of the tiny home to have lofts, and all will have the bedroom on the main floor. But a lot of seniors do we have grandkids that would love to come and climb the ladder and lofts are so fun
I think we will do some with garages but not all.
Lo very awesome. I love it. Can't wait to see your success. tfs
Thanks for the well wishes :)

Not taking reservations yet. I’ll keep you posted via you tube :)
If at all possible, separating the bathroom from the kitchen would be desirable.
I’d love this but what state?
Arizona

Love spirals but they take up more room
