Its a full service including oil change. You dont have to go to a dealer but it is critical you use the EXACT oil brand the manufacturer recommends. If you use any other brand you will always get the inspection warning coming up early.
So thanks for the video but how do you clear the inspection due light message without a expensive scanner!!? Please share with us audi enthusiasts! Because i have this message please help
Get an oil change done using the EXACT brand of engine oil the manufacturer recommends and you will never see this warning coming up early unless you thrash the car every day. There is an oil quality monitoring system in these cars and it`s tuned for specific brands of oil. If you use the right grade ie SW 30 but it`s not Shell Helix or Castrol Edge you will always see these warnings.
Same what the other reply guy wrote, can't. Need to take it to mechanic shop, germans want you to keep taking it to mechanic. See if you can find a car store like Oriellys, autozone, repco, and borrow their OBD2 tool.
That is because he already did the reset for the "Inspection due". He said that in the video too, at around half way in video, he said the wrench icon was there but I already did the reset.
Are you kidding me? All I need is a scanner? Wow, that really helped. Thanks dude.
All you need is a $500 scanner , you don’t really need to spend $1500
Awesome, all I need is a $1500 scanner? LOL - thanks though
There might be another way of doing it without a scanner. And you don't Necessary need an expensive scanner to do it.

It's a shame when people don't appreciate you when you trying to help them.

Somebody pooed in this man’s cornflakes
Hi, your engine light is on. Is that because of the oil and inspection notification?
The engine light was on because the key was on the second position. The engine was not running when I was resetting the light.
So thanks for the video but how do you clear the inspection due light message without a expensive scanner!!? Please share with us audi enthusiasts! Because i have this message please help
You can't.
@@nectafarious8842 yes you can clear the "inspection due" light ... i just bought a icarsoft scanner and i was able to clear it
Oh, all I need is a $3000 scanner.
Turn car off, hold reset down, turn car on, then reset inspection
would O'Reilley or AutoZone re-set this?
I don't think they do that. Well, at least where I live.
So how do you reset without a expensive scanner ????
can’t, that’s how these foreign ls get you to take it to their shop for $$
