I been using castro edge recommended oil for my a4 b9 since i bought it new… i think its 60 or 70k service light … i wonder if obd scanner can remove it
@@HeadsUP253 then it probably needs an oil change - that’s what the inspection light is indicating. In the old days this would be the full service. The cars only use the oil quality system as one measure to calculate when a service is required.
Its weird cos i got the inspection due light after driving few 1000s of miles on dash when i got the transmission fluid changed! Even after engine oil changed the inspection due light still on dash! Iam so confused 😕 and i dont even have time to take the car in to audi to see why the inspection due light comes on .. i hope i can find a solution

u ever figure it out i still get the “service due!” on the same car as you i did what they did in the video and it doesn’t reset on the dashboard

Use the exact oil brand recommended by the manufacturer and you will never see this warning come up early I guarantee it.

@@HeadsUP253 did they not reset the inspection interval after getting the gbox oil done? That happens a lot unfortunately.
