Hello my dear friends! Hope everyone is doing well 💕🤗I just wanted to say thank you so much for always watching and waiting for my videos🥹. I appreciate you all. Sorry if I can’t answer everyone’s comment but I am very happy to read it all❤. Love you my dears💕🤗
Hello. I have been watching your videos for a long time. Of course, thank you for the translation. What I really like is that you show the prices of food and restaurants. I would love to see how much food and other things are in other countries! Another point: your purchases are selected according to your needs. And it is bought carefully. This is a very positive piece. And the next point: giving importance to nutrition means taking time to cook and spending part of your income to go to restaurants and eat foods that may be difficult and time-consuming to prepare at home or anything else....! It pleases me that you spend part of your income on it. These were the things I learned from you and loved. Good luck🥰
Hi Lou. I'm 54 years old from Ohio in America. Your videos bring me so much peace and joy. You are so smart, kind, and strong mentally and emotionally. You are doing so much with your life and really succeeding while doing it. Your family must be so proud of you. I hope you continue to share your videos here on UA-cam. They always bring a smile to my heart. Hugs from America. Sincerely, Jen
Dear Lou I found you when i was very sick a month ago. When i got cured i felt i didnt recover from my sickness and it turned out i remained sick until this very day because of my feelings towards myself, and a especialy loved one to me. Your daily routines helped me a lot, you distracted me from these feelings and my overthinking was much better thanks to you and to my soulmate. I just wanted to thank you really, i can tell from one of your videos u are struggling with mental dificulties as well, and any of you who are reading this comment and struggling with life you are doing great and keep the good work up, as Lou's board used to say "Wake up with determination!" Thank you Lou once again, i hope you will upload more videos in the future, stay safe.
You were talking about only having the chicken on special occasions, I know you’ve said you send money and gifts for your family. You’re making a huge sacrifice for them to live a more comfortable life. I admire that Lou, you’re such a great woman 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🥰
It’s brilliant how you use your time management -so many chores: shopping /laundry /cleaning/cooking/eating etc truly inspiring to follow that routine! Stay well -keep safe Lou ❤
Lou, your cordon blue looked so good, I'll try it myself. Thank you very much for allowing us to see, not only your life, but what life is like in Japan. You might have allergies to pollen, which will be floating around if the Cherry Blossoms are out. I'm glad to see you taking yourself out for a dinner. You have to treat yourself every now and then. You're an amazing young woman and I'm sure your parents are so proud of you. Not many people could work that far from home. Stay safe. Much love from Canada. ❤
Hello. I came across your videos few weeks ago and I can't stop watching. You are a strong independent woman, it's great to see what your gonna cook next and your adventures.
I discovered your videos about a month or 2 ago and I enjoy them so much. They are so calming and you do everything with gentleness and grace. I just wanted to tell you that I know you work very hard to put these together and I appreciate you, your videos and your dedication. Oh, I’ve always wondered how did you learn to cook so well? 😮
Hi Lou. What do I like about Earth? The smell of wood smoke, watching the sun set over the nearby lake, a ripe strawberry, a nap on a grey, rainy afternoon. Simple things tend to make me happy. I hope you’re happy too😊
Lou, I went to my American grocery store after watching this and to my surprise found the same brand of curry paste you used. Just finished making a shrimp curry with it and it was amazing. Would never have known to look for this otherwise, thank you for broadening my food horizons! ❤
Very glad to see you treating yourself despite the increasingly ridiculous price hikes. I like that you take yourself on walks, too! Beautiful scenery, glad you get to enjoy it.
You are a great cook! It is remarkable that you manage to prepare healthy and various meals, and you are creative with the budget and available products! I wish you success with the channel and with your jurney in Japan, to meet new friends, to be happy.
Happy to see a new video from you and see that you are doing well. Yes, prices have really gone up for food and everything else but watching what you have on your menu has gotten me to adjust mine a bit. Breakfast has been toast (I like Japan bread) with cream cheese or oatmeal with fruit and chia, lunch is a fruit smoothie and I try to make a nice dinner. The problem with stews and such (like pinakbet) is that there is no such thing as a single serving so what to do with the leftovers. I also don't care to eat the same meal the next day so my practice has been using vacuum food storage and place the leftovers in the freezer. That way too meal time is just a quick microwave minute away. Sorry for the long comment but I just feel that you are talking to me and I like talking back to you. Anyway, 'nuff for now. Stay well. Blessings. Peace.
Hello from Georgia in the U.S. - Really enjoy watching you shop and cook. The cherry blossoms are gorgeous. Today it is raining and cold but my tulips are blooming so spring is on the way. Your videos are always uplifting and relaxing - the perfect mix of scenery, household chores, and food! Blessings to you! 💞💞💞
@@yunarose84 Waving back/. I'm hoping this week won't kill our spring flowers. It's predicted to be in the 20's several morning this next week. I love azaleas!!

Hi Lou 😍 it's good to see you again. Those Cherry Blossom trees are so beautiful. I learn a lot watching you cook lol new recipes. I eat leftovers too, sometimes I take leftover rice and add a scrambled egg to it for breakfast 😋. Glad to see you're doing well. Take care of yourself ❤
You are such an inspiration. Anxiety and depression can so easily overtake you and your simple routines, grateful attitude and focus on self care is something to aspire to ☺🤗💖
I admire the beautiful meals she cooks for herself. So well balanced and wholesome and attractive presentation. I would not have the patience. A lovely independent young woman.
Girl same! I have a dust mite allergy and my doctor told me I cannot have a bookshelf in my apartment because books gather too much dust. So random. I live alone in an apartment in America and it is very cool so see what it's like to do the same in Japan ❤
I love you so much. I recently stumbled across you content and i subscribed. I have been watching all your previous vids. You have come such a long way! I get inspired in my own life by how you view difficulties and depression. Your an amazing person and i will follow you always. I live in Australia lol.
You said someone commented that your life was; "boring".... I disagree with that comment. Your videos show an intentional and peaceful life. I'm happy for you. Thank you for sharing!
Hello my beautiful friend!! I am always so happy to see you doing well. Thank you for the lovely shot of the cherry blossom trees🌸. I hope you have a wonderful and blessed week. Take care and stay safe.😊
Happy belated bithday to your mum. Wish her good health and prosperity. I understand from my Philippino friends that onion cost more than meat. Over here in Singapore, we faced the same issue as you in JP; increase in energy cost and grocery prices as well
Hello just came across your video. You are a brave woman. As a Filipina I knew how hard but rewarding it is to work hard for you and your family. Great job! Hello from the US. I wish I can learn how to vlog lol 😊
Hello beautiful Lou. I know it's expensive. Here in the Netherlands everything is expensive. Food, Gas, Electricity. But always motivate to go on. Love you Leon ❤️❤️❤️❤️
I’m curious about the variety of carrot sold in Japan. They are huge! I’m so used to buying a bag of multiple thin ones here in the U.S. and they get floppy and stale quickly.
Your food looks yummy! You make me want to cook for myself too. My favourite thing about Earth is nature and animals.. we humans have caused a lot of damage but they’re still so beautiful and nature is still awe inspiring. The cherry blossoms look gorgeous. Spring is my favourite season! Lots of love and hugs 💜
Great to see a new video from you. Hope everything is going well ❤️ The thing I love most about Earth is also my family. I also really love nature, plant life and wildlife. So beautiful, so wonderful to spend time in nature where we belong.

Do you use the same chopping board for both your veg and meat? Best practise is having different boards for them as there's a risk of salmonella cross contamination. Also, you have a lot of carbohydrates in your diet and hardly any greens. Is it hard to find fresh veggies in Japan? Almond milk: something that might not be mentioned in most recipes is you need to "blanch them". Best recipe is I usu soak them in filtered water overnight (at least 16hrs) to activate them (which brings out most nutrients) then boil them in boiling water for 90 seconds then remove their skins. Thank you, Lou, for another calming video. It is so beautiful in Japan, with all of the natural beauty as well as the colorful adverts, packaging and so many delicious looking dishes, from your home as well as restaurants. I also remember to wash my curtains twice a year, but I hang mine back up on the window as soon as they come out of the washing machine. In that way, my window is only bare for 40 minutes or so, and I avoid one more step and possible wrinkles. I learned from your video that I should be cleaning my humidifier also. Thank you for that. Have a great work week!
It’s so lovely to see the cherry blossoms are already blooming! We won’t get ours until May/June time because of snow lol 😂 those pizza chips are amazing! I love Japanese chips in general 😋
But mostly I am impressed at the types of dishes you can make that are mostly fresh ingredients and don’t take much time to cook at all. Reminds me of the things my Asian grandmother would make us. Simple and good.
A thought for next time. When your done with your chicken mix the egg with the flour and bread crumbs and fry them like a pancake or in little balls. They are great as snacks or just part of the meal. Nothing wasted and a nice bit of protein and cards. And depending on how you season them really savory.
I just love your videos. I love to see your town. I enjoy shopping with you too. You are such a responsible young lady. I know your family is very proud of you. When you made the chicken it made me want to cook the same. Have a safe week. I look forward to your next video.

It’s so lovely to see that women are safe to walk alone in Japan. Where I live, this is unthinkable😢 Wishing you good health and happiness, Lou💗🌹
Sorry to read that you aren't that safe to roam where you live. Here in Beaufort, S.C. people walk, jog. All the time safely.
I live in North Carolina and move about my day feeling safe. Whether walking down my street I live on or at a park. I feel safe.
That is what I was thinking as well
And it’s beautiful there too
Ah yes. If we could all be free and safe where we lived. What a wonderful life ... sigh...

I’m curious about the variety of carrot sold in Japan. They are huge! I’m so used to buying a bag of multiple thin ones here in the U.S. and they get floppy and stale quickly.
Keep your carrots moist. Just a little water in a ziplock bag to create humidity. Too much water and the carrots will get soggy. 😀
I like earth 4 green nature!!!

That looks delicious. Thank you for sharing recipe.
I like earth because for me where I live, the seasons change, I just think that's beautiful ❤️
I love that movie too! Space Between Us...Thanks for that Chicken recipe 💖💖💖
The boiling and skin removal is blanching. The reason u need to blanch them is because if you don't, it will prohibit iron uptake. After taking their skin off, put them in a good blender, add water and blend away. Depending on how good your blender is some recommend straining the result through a cheesecloth to get rid of the grit but I like the texture so ymmv. Pour the almond milk into your jar and fridge it. If you want it to last longer I'd blend in some Medjool dates (dunno if u can find those in Japan, maybe use some other dates?) in. You can also add vanilla essence for flavour or whatever flavour you want. The dates will help to keep it longer because of the sweetness but all in all you can't really keep it too long. Maybe 2 days, "undated", and an extra 1-2 days with dates.
Good luck.

I just love your videos. I love to see your town. I enjoy shopping with you too. You are such a responsible young lady. I know your family is very proud of you. When you made the chicken it made me want to cook the same. Have a safe week. I look forward to your next video.
Hello and may God bless you. The cherry blossoms are so beautiful. Hope you have a wonderful week Lou C.
