I am a visual learner and currently taking anatomy and physiology, I truly appreciate your videos. You make it easy to understand. Thank you for your hard work!
I am always amazed at how much amazing free content can be found online. Your channel is top tier and the way teach is super casual, which I love. Thanks for all stuff you teach us, have a great day!
I found out about you at the end of my MSK block! 😫 I’ll make sure all my juniors know about you! You make it so clear and easy, building a very solid foundation for the rest of the information.
Thank youu so much for uploading these videos sir!! I was able to understand the shoulder joint very well and the elbow too!! 😊😊 I hope you continue making videos
everything I needed to know bout my elbow...had MRI yesterday and see surgeon next week, now have an idea of how it works and what might be damaged...thnx
You are so talented sir you make Anatomy look so easy and simple 😊 I wish you were one of my lecturers well happy I met you on time I’m still a new Anatomy student
Clear pictures and easy explanation. Absolutely love your videos and find them definitely the best option to start off studying human anatomy. Looking forward to seeing more of your videos!!
Thank you! I've been trying to figure out exactly what it's called where I have an injury to explain to a Dr. I got it holding up a battery-powered tree limb trimmer above my head for many hours one day a few years back. (it was a fun project with a new toy). However, I screwed up what I think to believe is the medial posterior bundle? It an odd injury/pain. Comes and goes with only certain types of movement. Never after golfing, but def after even the lightest dumbbells weights. Kind of a bummer. Thanks again for your site. I plan to watch more!
Hello my lateral epicondylitis on my right outside elbow has been hurting for the past two months. I found that sometimes it will take 6 to 12 months to heal. Having to use my right arm constantly does not help and hitting it on door frames is a straight setback ouch lol... Can you discuss how to alleviate the pain associated with lateral epicondylitis. Thanks.
Massage of the extender muscles can help relieve the excess tension they are putting on the lateral epicondyle. Massage along the muscle rather than transversally and there are arm aids that you can buy to help you do this. Not a quick fix and it can take months.
I had a bad motorbike accident, smashed my elbow up pretty good. I've had radial head replacement.. Will I ever have full/normal use? I've had different doctors tell me different things.
I know! I need to make more muscle-specific videos. I’ll get some made eventually, but I have a family and full-time job and we just moved…so video production has been slow.
Radius vs ulna: with arm outstretched, palm up, rotate the hand so that the palm points down. Doing this, the wrist-end of the radius moves in a semicircle _around_ the ulna, demarcating the _radius_ of the movement. It's a _funny_ bone: "olecranon" => *oh - **_lek_** - ruh - non* or *oh - li - **_krey_** - non* IPA: */ oʊˈlɛk rəˌnɒn /* or */ˌoʊ lɪˈkreɪ nɒn /* from New Latin, itself from Greek *ὠλέκρᾱνον ōlékrānon* _point of the elbow,_ short for ōlenókrānon, equivalent to ōlén(ē) _elbow_ + -o-o- + krān(íon) _head_ [ viz. _cranium_ ]
Funny enough you didn't pay attention to the video. He was discussing the Interosseous membrane which holds the radius and ulnar together. It's a fibrous (syndesmosis) joint.

Why are you so under-rated I just love your content
I enjoy your videos, you do a good job of breaking down the components of the joints. FYI-- olecranon is pronounced "0h-lek kra-non"
I'm a surgeon and this even helped me, thank you!!!

Hello, could you please clarify to me what ligament keeps the ulnar nerve secure within the elbow?
Hey Siebert could u please make a video on genes and how they carry forward to offspring .
Btw love the way u teach
do the ligament recover by them self if we follow a orthopédique traitement " accromio joint" grade 2
med student cramming for tomorrow’s test here!
Tooo good!!!😭😭😭
Radius connect to the radar (Thumb) & Ulna is under guys..
Can i ask? My elbow joints dislocated wen i was 6 years old now im 32 years old..is there a chance yo fix it? Thank you
Yes
ulna and all good sound good together if you make a shaka sign.🤙
Nice! I love hearing the different ways that people remember parts of the body. The key is finding something that's memorable to you!
As someone who had a terrible triad injury and a distal radius fracture. Never never never fall on you elbow.
That's what brought me here.
@@user-lp4wk8hb7u I'am curious how is your elbow right now?
Why is it tubercle for humerus and condyle for femur? The structure looks same to me 😢
Popletial fossa 🙌
My elbow joint bron problems..both
At 4:00 it should be "interosseous", not "interosseus".
i like the way you teach but i need muscle video ,you dont have much video about muscle, most of it is about ligament :S
I know! I need to make more muscle-specific videos. I’ll get some made eventually, but I have a family and full-time job and we just moved…so video production has been slow.
Tomorrow my MRI oscy you save me from
F grand 😄😄😄

Have you heard about radioulnar joint it’s synovial not fibrous joint bro get your things together brother
