  • I know it’s been a while since I’ve done anatomy explanation videos, so I decided to re-start doing these videos in a brand new series which I will call the anatomy shorts. They will focus on giving you a breakdown of different injuries and how they happen on the anatomical level.
    Today I am talking about lateral knee pain, which is something that a lot of my bulletproof members complain of. And definitely one of the most common reasons for that pain is the tightness coming from the TFL muscle.
    I wanted to use the anatomical model to show you what the ITB really is, in case some you do not realise yet that it is, in fact, a tendon, and foam rolling is not the best idea. At least the way that most people do it. There could be some benefits to foam rolling the ITB, but you are gonna have to be very delicate and specific.
