Is there a tutorial how to use that purple thing that you used to get in the same orbet/altitude as the other space shuttle... please because my shuttle completely shot way far out.. and keeps slingshot me...I can't seem to find a way to get it back in to orbit/altitude I wanted it to be.... awesome video by the way.

Dish antennas can be a heat shield turned 180 degrees, with a small strut for the center piece.
It should be inlet
I still haven't managed it. Every time I get my 2 parts to get close enough, it only last for a second and then they start moving away again. And I've been matching the orbits to be identical except for .1 km to allow them to get closer on each orbit. So frustrating. I spent hours last night trying and failing😒. I'm going to switch to the basic RCS nozzles and try again without matching the orbits. Wish me luck 👍
I learned to land on mars and moon and made rovers, But docking is my enemy
How do you get the encounter to get so close. My crafts get around 50km and then the distance starts to increase.
You have to kill off the target velocity at the closest point
@@TypicalSim yes but how did you get the closest point to around 10km I can only get to 15km after another go and I also reduced the speed but still can't get close. Btw great vid
Just make a manoeuvre node and move the pro grade/retro grade and the blue markers until it gets closer
My RCS wont work, it just does nothing. Do you know something i can do?
Turn the power up in the menu when you put it on
make sure u have monopropellant fuel (hydrazine if you are using real engine mod)
I consider adding another fuel tank make it not realy big and set it's fuel to monopropellant

because you are probably using your engine and not the rcs.
