I think the main problem for me is just skill issue, but how do tell if someone's cheating? I hear youtubers say there's a lot of cheaters but I can't completely tell if im just bad, there's cheaters or most likely both. Also i wish trials had semi-decent skill based matchmaking, because I feel bad weighing down my team or getting crapped on. The biggest indicators while in a match with a cheater are aiming directly on you no matter what kind of obstacle they are peeking from behind. Insane headshot accuracy is the next big indicator, most players you see with above a 90% headshot ratio are probably cheaters. An example of something that always screams sus is when you are randomly crossing a lane for example and they are automatically on your noggin and snipe you within .1 seconds. On D2 cheaters mainly use things like XIM which can basically replicate controller reticle friction but on pc so you have functionally 0 recoil. You often see people run that with peacekeeper titans and target lock smg's so they can never lose a gun fight. There is a ton of nuance that goes into telling when someone is cheating and as it seems you are aware, you start to develop the skill to spot them out easily as your skill increases. Skill based matchmaking is a plague on this game and was the reason I quit playing 6's. Remember that most cheaters are shown as top % players and bungie never bans people. So all sbmm does is shove people like that way more often into the matches of high skill players who put in a ton of time to get to their skill level. idk about you but I don't think the reward for improving your skill should be to only face cheaters! Anyways I'll stop typing so much about the stinky cheaters but I appreciate you watching and the kind words! 💜

Been rocking with Gemini using Void and it throws people off. T10 Mobility and T10 Discipline is my setup. Dodge near enemies and I get my smoke back. Smoke pings throw them off their radars. An awesome Close-Quarters build imo.

Spot on on the cheaters, i spend my time improving my skills and bungie rewards me by matchmaking me with a ton of cheaters its so easy to spot them when you spend so much time playing, they rush you careless, slide snipe always headshot no recoil with smg and so on...Bungie just dont care, i think they want everybody to buy a xim too. Horrible!!
Exactly. Most games reward their most skilled players with exclusive loot and ranks. And you feel great as you get to play at the highest competitive level and really test your skill. But in D2 you get punished for excelling by being forced into cheater lobbies all day, so much fun!

3s is terrible i feel like. I didnt have trouble with solo trials though. But i did go flawless on friday felt like that was peak solos play though.
