i also have a hard time studying due to my adhd. a few things i recommend are studying along to a “study with me” type video. sometimes seeing other people work can encourage you to work as well. also try different study methods like animedoro and pomodoro, and set easy, reachable goals for classes.

I feel like I'm in a bit of a slump because of how my English teacher left me very passive aggressive comments on my introduction letter, that she did not tell us the rubric of. I began explaining myself in a way that didn't make sense, because I was under the pretense that she was marking content. If she were marking only grammar, I would've gone for something more regular. Instead, I wrote very personal thoughts and received a very bad mark (does not apply on my overall grade, but still pretty disheartening). Your videos are helping me get out of this slump.
