Nice work! I'm dreading putting that small metal frame back. Two of the tabs already snapped off. I may have to make a new frame out of brass sheet.
May have to do this to our 2001 Eurovan. But it has a sunroof. Tried working on part of it and it only got worse.

Great video! Really helpful! The trim that you remove around 10:45 (with the poppers), do you know what the trip/ poppers are called? I (sadly) broke a few poppers when removing the trim, and need to buy a few new ones!
