PCOS is really a symptom of insulin resistance. You really have to cut the carbs, sugar, and FAST to regulate blood sugar.

You did the right thing not to go on birth control . A family member of mine had that and went on birthcontrol at 13. She got married after college and at 27 she had twins and breast cancer after Sadly the husband left her. She is now in her 30s with so much health issues. Every day is a touch and go. Both of you look like new people. Your skin looks so healthy now.

Put cinnamon sticks, a couple pieces of cloves, bay leaf, and ginger if you like and boil with water. Once the water starts boiling, you add your dry or fresh Sorrel and let it seep. The amount of water depends on how much Sorrel add. You then sweeten to your taste. Add vanilla essence and some angustoria bitters if you have it. I mix my Sorrel with fresh and dry. We plant the trees here in Florida and I freeze it.

Avri, as a person with PCOS, I know its a journey. I have 1 child. Its a lot of lifestyle change even after having the child. I would love to know more about your procedure, if want to to share it. I have done about 3 procedures, all here in Jamaica before and after pregnancy. Exercise and change of diet, is what is keep me going.

Cinnamon stick, cloves, ginger, orange or lemon and a few pimento seeds put to boil. When boiled turn fire off add the sorrel and let steep for a day or two. Then strain and sweeten with sugar. It really takes a lot of sugar depending on how you’d want it

I think you are both fantastic and so selfless. Sharing your challenges that may help others maneuver through similar issues. Most people think things only happen to them and is a big secret. So they keep it to themselves, when it could benefit someone or even the person who don't want anyone else to know. I have always admired the way you both fit together, so refreshing to see a young couple with their heads screwed on...tight 😃 Keep doing the natural you and thank you for the great vlogs as always. 👍🙏

Just before the water boils put in the sorrel, let it boil a little then turn off the stove, cover it. Strain and sweeten. You can make Jam with the flowers or sorrel canberry or sorrel pepper sauce.
