Both the Commander Mini and Begode Extreme we have free spin at 106km/hr. So far someone in Toronto has taken the Commander Mini to 88km/hr but note that is not GPS speed LOL. Probably safe 70-75km/hr'ish wheels.

Is this a customer or demo wheel?
Personal Wheels, basically ordered months ago and air-shipped. This one is my friend's air-shock version since those were in production first, mine is coil and in the air atm.
