The cooldown recovery consumable recovers your swap, there were a couple times in your run you could avoided a hit by popping it to get your swap back.

34:45 hmmmm is it possible to avoid the hit there? Immediately swap with twin guy from you saw the shuriken and load the swirl attack. What I don't know is if the twin guy readies his attack regardless of his positioning because he is guaranteed to hit. I need to learn more about the AI tbh but I wonder if timing a swap at any moment could stagger the time he and the boss attack.

You say "most consumables are whatever" but multiple times during your runs you could of avoided hits if you had used them.
