  • Keep this is mind you are hired to make the company money which in turn makes you money. If the company does not make money you don't have a job. Be willing to step up and help where it's needed.

It always cracks me up when people think they get paid too much to do something. They're probably the only one getting paid enough to do the shit job.

      G Loyd ,
What do you mean other side of the fence?? Aren't you both certified to weld before you get hired?

G Loyd he mentioned "broke out " I'm sure he was at one point. here In CA welders run with welders union non union. Sounds ratish but what ya gonna do with a family and bills to pay. The local I'm from is like the mafia (UA 250) No list 80% call by names. We go where the $ is. Great branch video you got btw

Eric Dominguez Union pride ! if enough work came through your area theyd be hiring anyone as well. From what I've seen 393 gets most of the work up that way and yes they hire anyone work providing.

Dave Smith no, we qualify on every job unless we work for the same gas company and our papers aren't expired yet. Even then we usually have to take a test. I'm not here for politics though. Just showing some love to my brother under the hood.

Great video! Any way if you guys get some extra time you could do a video on preparing for a test/ testing tips. Been looking for videos like that and can't find any on tests or branch lay outs.

I have a warp for it but would like to see someone explain how to do it without the saddle wrap. I've heard you can't use it on some tests? I appreciate all you and your brother do, it really helps!
