I'll be searching through $1,000 worth of $1 bank notes from my local bank. All but 3 of these $100 $1 Bill straps are teller straps. Cool search. I was looking through a strap of $20 bills today and found a 1950A series bill. It just stood right out from the other 2017 series bills around it.
Love the strap hunts Rob Scored a BEP brick last week. 2x 1-100 * straps. If that wasn't enough. The 8 other straps had 9 sheet type replacement * notes at the end. Those were from a 640k run. I'll doubt I'll ever see anything like that again

I hope I didn't just jinx myself. Got another 1000 here but I'm holding off till this weekend. We have 5+ inches of snow coming so I'll need something to do. Happy Hunting

Got a Federal Reserve Bank strap of 100 bills (usually get bank wrapped) from my bank. To my surprise I found 7 star notes (6 looked like had never been used). Enjoy your dollar bill searching.
With all the bill searches I done over the last few years. I did a deep assessment and found that I have over 450 $1 bill Star Notes with 60 rare star notes. 250 birthday / anniversary / tombstone notes 200+ Trinary notes over 300 bills from 1963-1999 and so many more bookend, radar's, quad doubles. Even found 3 filled in star notes. I have to figure out what to do with all these coins.

Did you know that the 1928 silver dollar bill is no longer legal tender? In VF condition they are worth $85. I was surprised when I found them in a family strong box.
