It's obvious they aren't getting an education so walking out means nothing.
They don't want their tuition dollars going to "...fund the current occupation of Palestine." What could give them the idea that their college is sending funds to the middle east? They claim to align with an activity instead of other people. Man, it's a good thing the professors at Columbia don't actually try to improve the minds of their students. They'd go mad.

Back in the day, there were entrance exams to colleges and universities that made sure the students that were admitted had basic communication skills like knowledge of grammar and even a passing vocabulary. I wonder when they threw that out the window?
