Thank you!
So many questions-but we are lucky to have known his music.💜💜💜💜

When Eric Clapton was asked how it felt to be the best guitarist in the world, he said, 'I don't know. Ask Prince.' 💜
Not true. Clapton never said that. Clapton thinks Prince was absolutely amazing, paid him tribute, but he never said that quote. It reminds me of when Einstein was asked how it felt to be the smartest man alive & he answered "I don't know, ask Tesla.".
@@manda-panda
In an interview with Rolling Stone in 2004, Eric Clapton was asked about his thoughts on Prince, to which he replied, “He’s far surpassed anything I’d ever done.” When asked if he thought Prince was the best guitarist in the world, Clapton responded, “I haven’t heard anybody better.
Yes he was often underrated as a guitarist but he was an amazing guitarist. I think that tribute to George Harrison when he played ‘ my guitar gently weeps’ woke a lot of people up to how skilled he was . The way he makes his guitar sing in that concert was so beautiful and really was a tribute to George and the guitar, the other performers just step back and can’t even come close to how prince was playing and the look on George Harrison’s sons face you can see he knows that prince is paying tribute to his father and he respects his skill.
@@philosophie8744one of the best things I’ve seen. Still gets me every time. Dhani Harisson seemed to be the only one really happy to give Prince the limelight though. Obviously it wasn’t in the rehearsal and the others looked pissed off. It was brilliant 😻
@@books-and-cats yes i agree. The other performers couldn’t compete and did seem pissed about it… but Dhani looked so happy and like he knew his father would have loved how prince made his guitar weep in tribute to George and that prince’s performance was for his father who was an amazing guitarist himself and understood it’s not about ego it’s about the music itself.
The only man in makeup and heels that can steal your woman 💜💜💜
Facts! 😂
😂😂
Straight facts for real
Totally agree😅
I don't know but it felt his relationships were fake. I don't think women are into extremely andro men. It was evident perhaps his label was trying to hide his homosexuality
The entertainment business is a dark business!
Prince was a genius in every sense of the word.
Years ago, I was at the Blue Note lounge to see Amel Larrieux perform, and Prince was inside (although nobody knew). After the show, I was standing near the entrance and Prince runs out, accidentally bumping into me. He held my arms and sweetly apologized then told me to have a good night in that deep voice of his. Now, being a native NY'er I rarely get star stuck but baybaaay, after that I was done for the night. 🤩💜✨️ It was a quick moment, but one I'll never forget. 😂
Rest in peace and power, Prince! 🕊✨️ There will *_never_* be another!
Cool Story!
Sat next to Prince in the NYC subway in the 90s. Was a huge fan. Ran into the car and sat in the only seat. My portfolio banged into his leg. When I turned to apologize, I saw him. I was so stunned, I shut down. Wanted to tell him how much he and his music meant to me. Couldn't speak. Soon after, my stop came, and I got off the subway. Nobody believed me. Next day in "Page Six" it said he was in NYC visiting his new girlfriend, Talisa Soto (she later married Benjamin Bratt). Even though I wish I had spoken to him, I'm glad I didn't. Some things in life are meant to be that way.
Never thought he would take a subway. Cool story.@@susanrike7476
@susanrike7476 Wow! Looove that! And for Prince to be on the subway as well? He certainly did have the propensity to pop up out of nowhere for many people. What a moment! 👌🏽✨️
Love prince Love alot of his songs 🎵 💜
He sat that stage ON FIRE playing "While my guitar gently weeps".....
💜💜💜💯💯💯💯
How can anyone think Prince was not murdered after hearing about the pill containing fentanyl disguised as Vicodin? He mastered voice and music in a way only very few have. This world is less without him. 💜💟💜
He sold his soul. It was time to pay
It’s a terrible loss but he was too far gone addicted and didn’t like doctors and shouldn’t have been taking anything he could get his hands on. Very sad..
@@cherryshine516 he was in pain and took shitty pharma meds whole know the nasty side effects they have
Absolutely, for me , an ascended master.
I was wondering if anyone was gonna say it....just like Michael Jackson
He had the most beautiful eyes. Never thought he was gay
Well it's obvious, but it's kinda not, but then it's obvious, but then it'a not.....
💜💜 Prince is an icon. He definitely was a trail blazer for many. No one can say he wasn't beyond talented
Definitely an icon!
One of the greatest performers, guitar players, musicians of all time!
😂🤣😆
They snuffed him out, just like Chester Bennington, Chris Cornell, Michael Jackson and others.
I truly believe this
I definitely believe this to be true, as well.
Whitney Houston
Why???
When Eric Clapton was asked in an interview...What is it like to be the worlds greatest guitar player? He said...I don't know, you;d have to ask PRINCE.
I don’t know about all the numerous conspiracy theories but I do know that Prince was telling the truth about them chem trails. It has harmed my Dad’s side of the family tremendously. Prince spoke truth & the first thing people wanna say about someone like Prince is that they are crazy. I miss seeing his creativity & artistic views.. so talented. Rest In Peace PRINCE. 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜 💜
Chem-Trails are nothing more than remnants of spent-farts.
Was a Prince fan long before he was famous. Nobody before or since has affected me that way. Saw him 4 times in concert (1 was a V.I.P. only charity). He was the ultimate entertainer. So much so, that his brilliant musicianship (guitar playing, in particular) was overlooked. He's up there with Jimi Hendrix. Know people in Minneapolis who knew him long ago. He wasn't gay. He loved women. All women. That said, he was a womanizer, a control freak. Yet, he was a humanitarian (donated millions anonymously to struggling causes). Championed women musicians (Wendy and Lisa, both gay and involved with each other) were part of The Revolution. A walking contradiction. Imo, he was murdered. No will. His catalogue belonged to "the suits." He knew too much and was talking. May he R.I.P. 💜💜💜
Was that before or after the skin bleaching, nose jobs and white face? 😅
That man was the gayest thing in this world. Go take a seat 😂Lol
@@zanzah_the skin bleaching was beyond word 😂😂😂😂😊
Prince had to deal all his life with loads of inferiority complexes which deeply affected his demeanour and his attitude towards people and women . But basically he was one of the smartest guys around and knew so many hidden truths that I am absolutely positive he anticipated those evils who effectively wanted to murder him and staged his own death.
He is such an under rated musician & song writer. I love your videos. I only saw him once but his guitar playing was just incredible. I don't have any Purples hearts on my computer. Can you do a video on Paulina Porizkova? I just love your voice. I can't name a favorite song.
When my sister was 11 she returned from a visit to Philadelphia with a cassette of Prince and the Revolution -Purple Rain. It was 1984, and it was the summer before I started kindergarten. My sister let me borrow the Walkman and I listened to the entire album. My young mind was blown, and that was the first time I had a desire to be a musician. I recorded my first song on VHS in 1988. In 2023 I'm still recording songs, and will continue to do so as long as God allows me to live. Thank you for making the album that inspired me to become a rock musician. If only I had one tenth of his talent. Greatest musical genius of the 20th century.
I do believe he was murdered
Yes, definitely evidence to support that. 👍

Thank you karine for doing Prince. 😍. Such a legend and genius of music. He was definitely one in a million. I was devastated when he passed. I always thought he was murdered. Prince forever 💜💜💜
He was blood sacrificed, they both were.
He was a junkie. Deal with it.
Messing with the occult, womanizing and manipulation opens doors to demonic attack. He was playing with fire. I believe he was sincere in his quest for God but the Jehovah's witnesses? Straight up cult.
Because he WAS murdered because he was actually protecting his own money against those in the music industry are used to stealing.
@@zanzah_ HE WAS CLEAN and SOBER FOR YEARS. So, its not once a junkie always a junkie. Ppl can be redeemed and given for their sins and downfalls. We are a human race and not without our faults.
I was so blessed to see Prince in concert. He was so petite and just a beautiful being. I hate how they try to ruin his legacy by saying he had a drug addiction. He is and always will be missed. 💜💜💜💜💜
He had an opiate dependance from chronic pain. It can happen to anybody. He left it all on the stage and he ended up in chronic pain. Died on my birthday. Just like Nina Simone. ☔️
He was addicted to opiates, those are hard drugs. That is a fact that does not diminish my admiration for his exceptional talent.
@zentaurus71 He was very health-conscious but unfortunately his brain & body informed him that he needed the opiate to not be sick. I completely agree that he was a genius. Just brilliant and made such a mark! Maybe it’s time for our society to stop vilifying addiction and dependence. Then folks could tell the truth about what they’re going thru.
💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
He had broke.his homes for his art... It's for this.... PharmaMafia...
His guitar playing gives me chills he's so good ! No wonder he drew praise
from Eric Clapton.
Where did the tainted Vicodin come from? Strange how this wasn’t investigated. RIP Prince Nelson Rogers. Appreciated your musical genius and your enlightened words of wisdom. You are missed. Gone to soon💜💜💜
Way too suspect. Plus, his body was cremated right away. Sounds like a cover-up to me. No funeral either.
Tainted mediSIN, came from DUH fantasy, of sumbodyz mind.
@@susanrike7476 I believe the Hollywood music industry (Illuminate) was behind his death as they felt threatened by him and his truth and Prince calling them out. If an artist calls them out their life is in danger. Prince was not afraid of them and they knew it, but to shut up the controversy they killed him.
Reminds me so much about Chris Cornell the lead singer of Soundgarden and Chester Bennington of Linkin Park. Chris was cremated soon after his death. Chris also spoke his truth about serious subjects such as child sex trafficking. There was talk that Chris and Chester (they were best friends) somehow came across a black book that had all the names of people (elitests) who participated in child sex trafficking such as politicians, actors/actresses, music industry leaders, millionaires, and anyone of high ranking influence. I believe Chris' wife was involved in his death as well and also Chris' bodyguard, Martin Kurstin.
I believe the music industry was threatened by them and decided to murder them as they knew they were worth more dead than alive.
@@Prometheuspredator I agree on how music industry is. I also feel that Prince is so spiritual and wise, and he’s an old soul that he outsmarted them and faked his death. Of course this is just my theory but if you really study him, the whole thing about him is untouchable. He reveals so much in his lyrics, too, but I feel most people just bypass it. Something about him tells me that he is beyond this corrupt industry and he is somewhere in this world/ universe dedicating to practice his spirituality which also means music.
@@LennonAbe I hope he faked his death and is living an amazing life, but the Illuminate is alive and well and living in Hollywood. Prince was his own person and lived his life on his terms, and spoke out against the industry and that is not allowed in the music or movie industry. You tow the line and if not you will be sorry. That is the way I understand it.

I will forever hate that I never got to see Prince in concert. His death as well as Left Eye's are two that deeply saddened and troubled me. I honestly did not want to believe that it was Prince's body that was found in that elevator.
A few of my favorite Prince songs are Scandalous, The Beautiful Ones, I Hate U, Erotic City, Sexy MF, and Power Fantastic. His vocal and instrumental artistry will always be missed. 💜💜💜

The most tragic deaths in Black music of my lifetime are Prince and Aaliyah. Their passings were so unexpected, mysterious, senseless, and during moments when their careers had no signs of slowing down. I won't ever get over Aaliyah's death. As for Prince, sometimes I forget he's dead; that guy seemed immortal!

Prince was truly once-in-lifetime EPIC talent. Have been a major fan of his from the beginning. Of note, he is my spiritual Brother, as I am also one of Jehovah's Witnesses. Our baptisms were 7 years apart. I look forward to greeting him back when he's resurrected back to life on a wonderful, peaceful paradise earth where he (and everyone else) won't come back with any of the sickness, disease, painful things that either killed us (or left us as prey for those with nefarious, evil intentions towards us) that we are either suffering with now or did before our death. I got to see him live in 2011 before he died. I have never heard guitar played like that in my life. I felt like I was gonna start floating lol! He was such a well rounded performer. He sang, danced, wrote music and was so so cool 💜💜💜
My ex worked for Paisley Park Records back in the day and lets just say, Prince was no angel like many other artist. But, you can't take away his extraordinary gifts and talents 💜 😙 RIP to The Purple One ❣️
I can believe that, especially during the 80's-early 90's part of his career.
What was no so angel about him

This is the one of the best, most honest, videos about Prince that I’ve ever seen. There will never be another Prince. My most favorite song by Prince is the Beautiful Ones. Of course all of his music was beautiful, melodic, and spiritual. He was a true visionary. I truly regret never seeing him in concert. RIP Prince 💜💜💜
Loved, loved, loved Prince! There is a video of me dancing to the Batman song by Prince at my 3rd birthday.
At 13 yo my aunt and cousin took me to see him live. I was one of the youngest people in the crowd.
When he died I went into a depression for a month. Like I lost a loved one. Crying at everything mentioning him. One day after watching his performances on youtube, I took a nap and dreamed of him; I was in the clouds, standing in a circle with a bunch of people. Everyones face was blurred. It was like were holding hands. Then in the middle of the circle Prince appeared. He thanked us all for loving him so much and said it was okay to let go. It was really beautiful and you could feel so much love among us.
Still brings tears to my eyes as I write this.

Patti labelle had said on an interview that prince was obsessed with cleanliness and would have several of the same outfits made so he could change throughout the day
Prince was a great performer and songwriter. It is quite rare to find someone with the drive for perfection always and a natural talent for music. 💜🎶💜🎶💜🎶
I have been in love with Prince and his music since the the first time I set eyes on him and heard his playing/singing. I was totally lost over his, and very distraught when he died. He was a beautiful man and a supertalented musician.💜
I remember music soul child said his song entitled love was originally titled God but his company made him change the name of the song and thats why is called love instead of god! 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

Prince was my favorite artist of all time. I bought his album at the age of 11 years old and I told all of my friends about him. I have seen him in concert at least 10 times. I wasn’t shocked when he passed, there were warning signs. He was so thin, and when he was hospitalized in Moline, IL briefly, I knew something was up. His health was in danger. Rest in peace Prince.💜
I know, I wasn't really that shocked either. When I heard he died, I thought, "Well, shit. He did what he came to do on this earth, that's for sure."
Prince looked frail and I really don't think he took Denise's (formerly known as Vanity) death well. When he paid tribute to her while on tour, it was so sad. Prince lived his life as he pleased and he was a born performer. Just wish he had taken a break to focus on his health. I pray he and Denise are at peace now. 😔🙏🏾❤️💜🕊️

Exactly! 💯 That’s why I give him a bit of an edge above Michael. Prince was a musically creative genius! Mike was just a singer and dancer, but he was the best at it.
Respectfully Prince was far beyond those european composers, Mozart may be the sole talent near his level. The rest did not play multiple instruments with the unmatched mastery Prince had nor did they compose as many songs in their lifetimes.
The only artists on level with Prince are *Miles Davis, Duke Ellington, James Brown, Stevie Wonder, Patrice Rushen, Donny Hathaway, Curtis Mayfield, Quincy Jones, Jimi Hendrix, Sly Stone, Ray Charles* and maybe a few others.
@@reimourrpower9357 He’s above most on your list. Only relatable one is Quincy because of all the songs he’s created and produced with multiple instruments.
@@CodyCole80 I agree with you somewhat. James Brown & and Donny Hathaway may have been masters at composition on mainly one instrument and their vocals. Quincy is on another level with production but it must be noted he shaped much his songs the off the compostions of James Ingram, Micheal Henderson, George & Louis Johnson and the incredible Rod Temperton. Curtis, *Stevie* , Patrice, Sly, Jimi, *Ray* (the grandmaster) are in another dimension like Prince himself and in my opinion really cannot be compared to each other.

Funny. Never thought of him as a celebrity. He was Prince (who was a musical genius). He was mysterious and private.
Yes he was. Look at all the occult one eye symbol pictures he has. He was part of it.
I miss Prince, he was the ultimate when it came to creativity....a music genius in my opinion. To ask which was my favorite song is difficult to answer. However "I would die for you" would be my favorite because Prince had a strong sense of spirituality. I'm not claiming he was perfect but it seems he understood that God is love and the creator of all things. I've heard the song "I would die for you" was about Jesus. The lyrics seems to suggest this. 💜 I still mourn him, always will. Born also on 7th of June, having all his albums, I always felt a very strong bond from the age of early 16, when I got to know him & his music. Always could feel him in his music, him being so true to himself & his feelings. Sign of the times & Rainbow Children belong sure to my most favourite albums, but let's be honest, there is so much great music of his, you could organize a week long party only by playing Prince along all the songs he wrote. Fly with the angels beautiful & may you be in eternal joy & happiness. Being so grateful for all the wonderful music he gifted us, for me he is the greatest musician & I always will miss and love him💜💜💜
Purple Rain.... just wow..... so many memories with that song😮
My favorite artist. I was in tears when he passed 😿
What a talent; these songs bring me right back to my younger years; a true loss.
What Prince exposed about weather modification and warfare is what we are seeing today in the headlines. (fires - 2017, 2020, 2023....look up)
Love the background music!! Your brother is really good 💜
The man still reigns supreme…purple reign!!!! You can’t even wear that color without someone coming behind you singing purple rain.

You have to visit Paisley Park to get a glimpse of his genius. Unbelievable! To hear the stories, see the visuals and the things he created let’s you know exactly how genius his brain was. Then, to understand he has enough music in his vault to release one album for the next 100 yrs. According to a tour guide at Paisley Park the music in the vault will surpass our lifetime. Prince indeed is an icon. There will NEVER be another Prince Rogers Nelson
RIP🕊️💜💜💜
💜I remember that video. That’s when I really became a friend of Prince because I understood how spiritual he was. I would often tell people about the meaning of Let’s Go Crazy 💜
What's the meaning?
@@ItsMe-bm7fd The meaning of the song is that he’s fighting the enemy a.k.a. Satan and leaning on the Lord for peace, happiness, and Joy and fully embracing it that’s what the song means to me
@@briannaburch6737 OK, thanks
@@ItsMe-bm7fd no problem
I live in the Twin Cites area and when I heard he passed my heart sank. He was a favorite since I was a kid. So missed and so loved. A legend and true talent gone too soon. Rest in Peace Prince thanks for all you've given to the world. 💜
