Review of all inclusive Riu hotel Montego Bay Jamaica

In this video clip you will see the review of the Riu hotel Montego Bay in Jamaica.
The hotel is about a seven minutes ride from the airport. It is very clean but also very loud with a lot of young people as it is the most affordable of the three Riu in the same location.
The food is very good but the customer service is very poor, from the reception onwards( though there are a few bright spots in a couple of people)

Totally agree the customer service is poor, the food is good some of staff in buffet and restaurants are pleasant but the front desk nope including management.

I have stayed at the Riu all over the world and this was the worst

Hahaha you made me laugh when you said you have to pray when you get into the lift - how far was your room from the pools and the main lobby?

It was about 4 minutes walk. The first block I was given a room in didn’t have an elevator so this was an improvement but the elevator was tired lol
