I love your bravery trying everything!
Thank you 🙏 I really enjoy it 😃
The Sakuraco box is Sakura Co. Sakura like Cherry Blossom. I live in Japan and I'm always excited to try the new seasonal items.
So cool
I feel like the snack boxes encourage you to “taste” with all of your senses. Really cool
Yes for sure! I enjoyed this so much and love that I can share it with the kids 💕
The Sakarocu box is gorgeous- wish I could justify the snack boxes - or that the kids were younger
I know it is a pretty cool experience 💕
I used to get our kids to chop up some extra veggies to add into their Ramen (the packet ones and they used to q
1/2 to 3/4 of the packet that used to be almost all MSG. They include more veggies now. We also added a little meat.
Spencer likes ham and hard boiled egg.
She loves soup 🍜 I say when she gets older she’ll be a soup connoisseur 💕
Excellent descriptions
🙏
Oh my gosh the hydrangeas in the picture are exquisite
Yes 😍
Brown sugar has a slight molasses taste so it makes sense to me that they would remind you of caramel popcorn
You need to create a treat box log in a notebook/journal with the history and descriptions. Then add a piece of the packaging for each with light description (kind of scrapbook style! - the kids can help you with this project too! This would be so cool to look back on. Each of you can do a rating of each (using charts and graphs).
Oh! I love this idea! Seems like a fun summer thing to do 💕🙏
We call “soda” soft drinks (from New Orleans- as opposed to Hard drinks. On the Gulf Coast people tend to say Coke for any type of soda.
So cute! Love the paw prints. Was the doughnut one like a cake donut?
I would say a doughnut like an old fashion kind or traditional doughnut
Not me snacking whilst watching this 🫣😂
😂 you’re definitely not on your own.. I share my treats with my kids but begrudgingly share with them 🤣 or I make sure to buy extras just in case!
You’ll have to video her reaction (she can be off screen or just a voice recording if you want to protect her privacy & if she wants to do it) just so we can hear what she has to say & what her first impressions are. I think that would be so funny 😂
lol snacks are the best 🤗
I shared lol …. All of them 😂
Next box I will get there reactions. 💕
Many children that are not adventurous with foods might be if presented as snack type foods - you can keep a log of the flavors they have tried and liked as well as textures. As an SLP, I’ve noticed that some “feeding therapy” kids tend to prefer lots of flavor/spice while others prefer bland. Interesting… probably too pricey for therapy but would be great if it’s your own child
The Japanese may have figured out how to capture all of the flavors in a meal like in WillieWonka
Yes!! I believe so! 😃
So how do you sign up for a treat box for different locations?
Tokyo Treats and Sakuraco are only from Japan. They do a different theme every month 💕
No planner catch up today?
No not this week. We will be back with a Hobonichi Cousin video tomorrow 💕😃
No 😅you are an adult, you can share what you want and keep what you don’t for yourself 🙂 I call soda pop
Yes 🙌🏻 😂😂😂 I shared some lol 😂
