Maybe it's just part of the destroyer deal. You get to live for a mass amount of time. So you're sleeping in for large stretches of time. I don't think he's supposed to be constantly destroying. He's just supposed to come along here and there like a natural disaster.

The producers of DragonBall realized they made a HUGE mistake trying to make these characters a one shot deal. They didn't expect for Whis and Beerus' over the top personalities to go as far as they did so they can't have these two showing up once every hundred years or so! They realized they had a damn gold mine!

I've redownloaded Fallout 4 with the new update and started a Survival mode playthrough. I think settlement building will be a more vital aspect this time around for me. I never used it when I used to play it, this will be good inspiration to build stuff 😂 I was always terrible at it

I believe he is always sleeping because of how much power he uses in(nearly)every motion,so he uses a lot more energy than other individuals(which is why he's a cat)
I think it just lined up with the story line nicely. He had to have been asleep since Goku was a kid or it wouldn't have made sense. It was plot armor.
