My mom is 45 y/o and she is suffering from extremely heavy bleading and she is advised to remove her ovaries. Doctor also said that she can implant Mirena as she might go for menopause by 50 years of age. But if not then, the earlier one is the only solution to stop bleeding.

Mam m having adenomyosis and endometrosis with choclate cysts in both ovaries, hematisalpnix is also there in right tube. Now as doctor recomends me not to go for laprosurgery as it late for it. As m of only 37 so hystectomy also not possible. She gave me contraceptive for twice a day and after my periods we are in concern with doctor trying to opt for mirena. Will it be work to avoid hystectomy??
