I would love to know more about your desk / computer set up and links would be such a lifesaver! I am a designer and have been recently struggling with my posture and pain.
Hey Kim, Thank you so much for these videos. I am UX Designer interested in designing AR experiences. You explain and guide us with practical steps into this XR world. I just wanted to appreciate you sharing your knowledge and encouraging us to get started with AR! Thanks. Can’t wait to create a experience and tag you! ♥️
Great video, I have a question. Is is posible to create an AR experience in Adobe Aero and then export it to Spark AR so it can be available on Instagram? Thank you! Keep it up
Thank you so much Kim!👍 and I just wanna listen to your idea.. 1.Are there any other ar apps made only for using in ar glass? (not in mobile) 2.If I make an augmented reality app which aims to use in 'AR GLASS like google glass, then how can I do user test except through real ar glass? I don't have any glass and it's too burden to buy it now!
1. we'll hear more of these when we see the release of major products for users and not artists with Apple's AR/VR headset and google's glasses [currently live testing] 2. great question -body-storming is a technique [and i made a video regarding techniques used for XR]
Great video . I work all around the world as a wind turbine blade repair technician I love my job but really excellent for AR/VR maybe get into it on the side !!! Where do I start 🤔 ha thanks Kim. Joey
thank you for taking the time to watch this!! turbine blade tech or not -- its awesome that you're excited about ar/vr!! the first question is ar or vr, choose one and then think of this video (although I have another video that talks about how to get started in AR/VR too)
GAMER!! So VR excites me for the future. I know unity has some courses for beginners but the question is do I need to teach my self coding ! 🤔 😨 even if your wanting to design vr experience?
If that’s the case then they may just be watching a demo (if I’m understanding correctly). AR experiences largely require a device (phone) to launch and live through.
@@KimAlban Thks for you reply, actually I did the wrong question, excuse-me. I wanna know how to export my R.A. after it is finish to another person. Imagine that I´m trying to describe parts of a specific car, like mirror, seat, instrument panel, tyres, etc. The user has exactly the same car, and then he/she goes do his/her car and points its mobile to theses parts, one at a time, and a image with a text explaining the componet appears, ok? There is my problem: how to export it to him/her? Only via "Share" is enough? I also noticec the Aero doesn´t function in a lot of Androids, Am I right? I really thks you for helping me!
Thank you for posting this video! I have a lot of visions for AR that I want to develop for education. I feel like my strength would be making the 3D assets but I’m worried I won’t have the technical programming skills. Do you have any thoughts? You inspire me snd I’d love to get some advice.
There are chapters. If you made it halfway then I’ve covered the differences between AR filters & experiences. They vary and so does the software that you need to use to make them. .and I’m making you aware of them so you choose where to start because I don’t know know what your skillset or interests are.
i'm amazed by you as a person. really so kind to everybody
I try - it can be tough at times 🤣- thank you for being here!
I’m hoping people shift to tiktok for longer videos, it is so much easier than UA-cam for me! Thanks for creating this video for us, you’re amazing.
I know it ain’t! I know it ain’t Melissa in tech here 👀👏🏽🙌🏽! Thank you so much!! ❤️❤️ and yes! Tiktok is so much easier - ugh edit within app and all!
OMG! the title you metion how to use AR in 2024 but you posted 2022! do you what I meant? BTW such an amazing

My question is how do you share your experience to a group of people that will be viewing the experience on a projection screen?
If that’s the case then they may just be watching a demo (if I’m understanding correctly). AR experiences largely require a device (phone) to launch and live through.

Yes, it was very helpful. Thanks for the video. I am really interested in start exploring AR :)
thank you so much!! glad to hear you're starting to explore--the place is vast to explore!
i love the 3d looking glass portrait but its too expensive. adobe aero is awesome but its only limited to a small number of mobile devices
then social AR platforms are a really great avenue to explore
Omg…. I feel like I’m halfway in and she hasn’t arrived at the point.
