This is amazing thank you for posting. I've been hearing both the male and female for awhile and finally got an app to find out what it was. They're so beautiful I love hearing them in the morning. I think I hear the female more and kind of like her sound better.
I’m playing this outside while I sit under a tree. A male cardinal has heard this bird and is answering her calls. He’s even flown into the tree and onto a nearby fence to look for her. 😂😂

I've always had instrest in birds ect.. Working at a former job about 10 years ago, there are protected original forest south Florida. Anyway since the first time I saw the Cardinal s a male/ female I was addicted lol. They are IMO one of the best birds to watch. If you ever gain there trust they will interact with you in all types of ways
I try to inform myself in order to attract them, and it’s so much fun to watch them and listening to them responding to the sounds I play on my phone...
hi i have a pair of cardinals nesting in my lilac bush also a pair of phebea on my front porch why do i have 2 pairs of birds nesting not 10 yards from one another

I wish I can keep a cardinal as a pet but unfortunately that's illegal in the US. Also i've had pet birds since I was 9 so I would care for it with the love and respect it needs.
You would care for it?...why would anyone want to cage a bird??..would u want to have ur legs hobbled??..u can love them just as much when they are in flight..so sad..the caged birds.

For some reason cardinals and carolina wrens always seem to be around each other. If you see 1 the other is close by.
