There is a male cardinal that comes at 7 am and sings to me. He stays throughout the day and usually comes and sings good bye around 7:30 pm. He is so beautiful. He sits on the wooden fence, tree or my roof.
He might have hatchlings nearby!! We do in our backyard right by our backdoor In a bush. The male comes and goes as well as the mother to feed and I just happe Ed to go outside and heard a beautiful bird singing.. I thought to myself quickly, wonder what kind bird that is? It's awfuly close.. I looked up and sure enough it was was the father cardinal!! I didn't know they sang like that! What a treat of nature this has been. It's been amazing.

I'm in Naples, FL and have had a pair of these beautiful birds in my backyard for years...SO adorable! I put out black sunflower seeds for them on the ground ...others join in and that's fine by me! PRECIOUS babies, the cardinals!

This one is by far the most effective at calling birds to the feeder. I'm in Southeastern Wisconsin so this resembles the natural sounds... I love the sounds of living in the rural country ❤
I love your videos. Great job of catching the female & the male calling to each other. Really cool & you captured it all in this one video. I like that it's a long video also so that I can go inside & watch them trying to figure out where she is, I guess, since I'm only seeing the males out there so far. It's fun when you're old!!! I never understood why old people watched birds, but now I do. They're quite entertaining.
