As a store owner in new England, I'm always amazed at what's allocated elsewhere that is widely available somewhere else. For example knob creek 12 and smoke wagon is shelf available anywhere around us.

For these allocated drops in AL, does one need to be a resident of AL to purchase? Im right over in NW GA and have seen many of these drop videos from AL, so naturally I am curious.
