What's up man? I'm new to traeger just got a pro 780 about a month ago. Been a bit frustrated so far with it. Iv been having a lot of ash build up during smoking temps on the foods iv been cooking. Been thinking of returning it. Any advise you can give me since you seem to be more familiar with the grill?

Pro 22 or pro 575?
I have a Traeger at home which I loved until I purchased a Pitt Boss for my lake place.
Now I love the Pitt Boss and wish I had one at home also.
What do you prefer porcelain or stainless steel grates?

Easy none of them. Sold mine due to so many issues with 2 models.
What did you move over to
