I know this is different from my typical gaming videos because..... I WANT TO THANK YOU ALL FOR HITTING 4,000 SUBS! Every single one of ya means a lot to me and so just wanted to say how much I appreciate it and new gaming video will be out Saturday :) (Also for those that didn't see the community post - which is probably most people lol - I'm not sure how much personal information I want to reveal online yet. Pls don't take it personally!!! It's just more of a safety thing, If you ask a question about my personal life and I don't respond please just know it isn't anything personal)
Try saying "f. off" to a CWO4 as a pfc and THEN feel the heat :D First week on my unit after MOS and I had a firewatch duty. it was after 3 am and I was sitting on a chair outside of the boot and I heard someone "what u doing?" and felt a kick on my boots. It was my roommate coming from an other room. We chat a bit and he went away... A few minutes later I heard the same thing, and I responded with "f@ck off" (thinking that it's my roommate again) and raised my head... It was a CWO4... You can guess the rest... But I can tell you that I know every crack in our battalion head's floor. I cleaned those toilettes about a month straight. :D
@@Ratmothy It was pretty bad. I didn't know what to do or say... I was shaking... Also I saw a unicorn during the bootcamp. A CWO5 Gunner, he came to visit during our second month while we were on the grass dry firing... We didn't know what we saw until the Senior DI explained to us :D That was amazing.
Sgt. Velasquez, in the highly unlikely event you see this, I know I couldn't enlist but I appreciate your time and the chance you gave me. You helped me find an inner strength, something to reach deep inside and grab onto when I think quitting is a good plan. I gotta admit, if I saw you anywhere else, I'd have taken you for a cop! Lol. I'm still "all kinds of confused" at times, but I'm motivated to always push forward. #BearDown
@Baconcatboy I do have respect, I have had the same thing happen to me, all I'm trying to say is that it isn't cool to use your rank to bully junior Marines.
Sergeant yellin at training camp is mostly for make discipline and attention sharp on the recruits but also setup the attitude on respect the rank and obey needed orders. But yeah, some guys use their authority on some stupid things... ..
Probably bc you do the dumbest things as a private and then you deal with the dumbest things as a sergeant. Although I would say I had lots of interesting memories as a corporal.
It really depends on the person. If you're level-headed and reasonably fit, it'll suck but you should be fine. It's only if you're constantly messing up or known to be the f up that things might really suck.
Go Army so you dont end up getting thrown in whatever job the corps needs filled, If you are smart you might get a slightly less soul crushing job of your choice.
If you don’t mind me asking, what MOS were you? One of my favorite teachers ever said he (I know it’s not a marine MOS, or at least I think anyway) was 13F and he said it was the most grueling, yet fun thing he did in the army.
@@idrinkalienmilk3948 The backpack radios sucked to carry on hikes or patrols, but honestly it was the BATTERIES that weighed the most since we would carry as much as we could fit. Those things are dense bricks of evil
Kinda random for this video but I know you do play tactical shooters and I think it would be great to see you play six days in fallujah or ready or not both of them are great games

I'm dead 😭. At that point I would just curl up into a ball. Also you pretty much just cursed at a Marine Corps Unicorn.

Did you have your hands in your pockets? Were you wearing white socks? Did you blouse your boots like a salty warrant officer?
I must have accidentally walked on some grass too

Love to you too man!
Did you like the marines? seems funny
I have no regrets for mainly the awesome people and friends I made there :D

0621 (Field Radio Operator) and 0933 (Combat Marksmanship Coach) and no worries! Army has their own numbers for their jobs as ya said
