    maestro Grant Richard
    Kwiecinski - better known as
    GRiZ - has released a
    whopping six studio albums over
    the last decade, collaborating with
    the likes of DRAM, Wiz Khalifa and
    Matisyahu, and building a huge
    following in the process. We caught
    up with Grant at Point Blank’s
    studios in London to find out how

    At 15:20 isn’t that just basically stereo again? That makes it use 2 audio channels again. So he turned is mono just to turn it back to stereo again I thought

      Make garbage tracks until you start to make decent ones. Its like learning to cook, you cant be afraid to burn some shit. Music isnt about talent, its more about not quitting through all the frustration.

    @29:56 how did that sound get faster and faster?

    • @Evan.Coulter
      @Evan.Coulter 7 місяців тому

      The arpeggiator has the rate automated to get faster over time. It's set to 'Free' and not 'Sync' so it is not tied to the tempo

    Is this in d harmonic minor?

    • @SnoMan1818
      @SnoMan1818 4 роки тому

      Cus im having trouble figuring out the Roman numeral analysis for this progression. Rn I have that these chords are Bb6, A7, C6/9, and F6. Since in the key of D harmonic minor i have it as VI, v, VII, III... But to me that looks wrong. Can anyone help me with the theory? I'm trying to understand how to write better songs

    Inspiring creativity but awful sound stage and mixing. track is so boomy and has phase issues.
