They shouldn't decide for you certainly. But these children are important to the bride so obviously they are going to take their opinions into account. Because won't it feel that much more special if the wedding dress you pick is loved by both you and your children?
The hour glass figure dress fit her beautifully...... I hope she decided on it. The short dress looked wonderful on especially after “blinging” it up. Plus very practical to be able to use afterwards. The children seemed to really enjoy the fashion/shopping experience.
The first bride looked lovely in the last dress that highlighted her hourglass figure. I don't think that she saw her figure in a positive way until she realized that she had an hourglass shape. The second bride obviously prefers a simple design. I didn't think much of the dress, but it's her wedding.
My step mom was afraid I would ruin my dad and her wedding so they didn't even ask me to come. They got married in sweatshirts. I would have loved to do this with my step mom
Jennifer, I am so sorry that you weren't able to be a part of the wedding. I really hope things get better and you are able to spend more time with them if that's what you are wanting to do. Having read what you have so maturely, I feel quite sure you would have behaved wonderfully at the wedding. Hopefully your step mom and dad realize this so you don't have to miss out on any more special days. Take care, julie
I had the same experience, and after 2 months that my Dad married my stepmom, my stepmom just passed away …she was 46. The sadest and hardest time was in my life, I still get crying attacks if I think about it… i wanted to be there so hard. My stepmom was my soulmade and Mom in one person… I’m missing her everyday.
It's so heartbreaking when someone with such a stunning, truly enviable figure can't see how gorgeous she is and hates her body. "Perfect hourglass" is spot-on! It was so lovely to see her starting to appreciate how amazing she looked 💖
Her daughter's have to realize her mom isn't 20 ajd a princess gown doesn't suit most older women. I loved her short dress, it was fun and very pretty, it suited her perfectly.
4:57 the bride doesn't like here figure...the attendant was correct in saying a lot of ladies would have anything to have that figure...and compared to other brides I have seen on the SYTTD show I think she was very pretty and not overly curvy.
They did show the dress they picked. The first bride chose the tea length dress and the 2nd bride chose the lace dress that showed her hour glass curves.
Brides would have a much better feeling about their bodies if they worked out at least two months before going shopping. They will have gotten rid of any loose jiggles that make them self conscious.
If I ever married I would wear a dress that is somewhere between knee length and ankle length. I can't stand floor length dresses and I especially dislike trains. Although when I say that I mean that I dislike them on me. I have no issue with seeing them on other people. Some people can pull them off. I'm not one of those people.
I absolutely love it. It doesn't even need the extra bling for me. It's fun and comfortable and you could dye it and reuse it after the wedding. This is totally something I'd go for!
I love the tea length dress, and how much she's enjoying moving in this - always a sign of a well matched dress!
Don't let kids influence your decision making.

@@JustAnotherPerson4U not with kids like that. 😂
@@JustAnotherPerson4U Those were her three nieces.
That hour glass figure! 😱😎
Those first two dresses did nothing for her and then finally they picked something that was incredible!
I know, right!!! Gave me tears for her. BEAUTIFUL
I'm not hearing, "I hate the dresses," so much as I'm hearing, "I'm unhappy with myself, therefore nothing will do, because I feel I'm not worth it."
The hour glass figure dress fit her beautifully...... I hope she decided on it.

Thing is kids always want sparkle and party dresses. Lace and chic will never work for them. SO there's a point when you have to block them out
I wouldn't allow kids to choose my wedding gown..
@@redfishswimming true that!
Say yes to the dress Ireland is my comfort show
I love tea length dresses!!! They bring playfulness, freshness and a youthful look!! 🤗🤗
The bride actually lit up when she wore this dress. Her face was illuminated with pleasure.
@@theresebreen1243 Yes!
I'm in love with the short dress, it fits her so well!

The bride in the tea length dress looks adorable. Since this appears to not be her first wedding, it’s perfect if she’s happy.
Such nice children!
My step mom was afraid I would ruin my dad and her wedding so they didn't even ask me to come. They got married in sweatshirts. I would have loved to do this with my step mom
That was so sad. It must have been terrible for you since you were not invited at their wedding.

I’m so very sorry!! Their loss, not yours!!!

@@dianagal that's absolutely crushing. I'm so sorry.
That second bride, every time I see her featured it makes me happy
Love love the shorter dress, but a short veil would be miles better than the daft net thing! 😎
Thought exactly the same thing! I don't like these net shreds anyway, lol.
@@gi.l.5043 Probably a ridiculous price too! 🙄😂
@@wilmaknickersfit Ha! Maybe ...
i would’ve just kicked the kids out
That first woman---that first gown was gorgeous, despite what her opinionated CHILD nieces had to say.
I never realized how stunning Franc’s eyes are until this episode
They really are. Next to Gok, he's the best.
Really? I was stunned by his eyes, immediately.
@@Jerseygal30 No. Jo and Al and Gok.
But Frank next.
America WAY back.
Everyone has such gorgeous skin!
The dress Susan picked ❤️❤️❤️
The Irish names in this episode 😍😍😍 I love Irish names

Short dress looked great.
The one bride just seems to not like her body ☹️ that’s so sad
0:44 ooooff the attitude dripping off the girl on the left 🤢 my gosh
I thought the same
Thing……yikes
Spoiled brats.
Loved that t lenght dress on her
Leave kids at home.
Those eye rolls ….
I wouldn't let kids pick out my wedding gown. I'd pick what I liked.
Never take a child .. they can ruin a dress you love.
First bride, dress 3 was the best 👍💗
Her daughter's have to realize her mom isn't 20 ajd a princess gown doesn't suit most older women. I loved her short dress, it was fun and very pretty, it suited her perfectly.
Very happy that she went with the shorter dress.
Kids never lie. Frank, you need to hang with some kids before you make such a broad, misguided statement. Be prepared!
When a bride hates a dress in the fitting room then suddenly starts to like it when the enterouage praises it 🙄🙄
Janice is the bridal consultant every bride needs
I happened to agree with her three nieces.
Kids are responcible for her Choice... wierd
she isnt the only one that say no to a sweet heart neckline! so shhhh that consultant
I want that jeweled frog brooch!
I would never care about the opinions of a child. My wedding, my choice.
I hate tea length wedding dresses
Why does someone bring children to help pick a wedding gown?
Probably because they begged to come.
Tea-length dress us gorgeous!
why is the sound on your own show so bad? sounds like a pirated version
Kids and their opinion.........
Idk why I’m not the hugest fan of this guy
4:57 the bride doesn't like here figure...the attendant was correct in saying a lot of ladies would have anything to have that figure...and compared to other brides I have seen on the SYTTD show I think she was very pretty and not overly curvy.
Ireland say yes to the dress dresses are always nicer
what lovely children
🤣😂🤣😂
Why show 2 different brides but don’t show the dresses they picked….
They did show the dress they picked. The first bride chose the tea length dress and the 2nd bride chose the lace dress that showed her hour glass curves.
I brought my daughther.
She has grate taste.

I love that the mini girl squads were in these episodes
There are times to get a sitter
Who else thinks Franc looks like Steve Carell ? :p
I do :D
Franc is sweet
I know I'm still 13 but I can't wait for the day I find my soul mate and find my dream wedding dress
Who cares kids opinion.. they must shut up 👍
I don't like the short dress at all
Yep, looks like she is going to a nice do...not HER WEDDING 💔👎

In my opinion short dresses gives the impression that you are the bridesmaids or the guests.
I absolutely love it. It doesn't even need the extra bling for me. It's fun and comfortable and you could dye it and reuse it after the wedding. This is totally something I'd go for!

Hour glass shape va va voom!!!

Ok a sweatheart is getting a bit cheugy sooo
The hair again. !! Awful straggly greasy looking
Why does he always kiss the brides? So uncomfortable
In Europe this is very common to kiss on the cheeks as a form of greeting.
why is she wearing a white dress anyway she has a daughter????
just tradition. Most couples live together by the time they marry
