I'd honestly compare this to Corpse Husband's songs, which are "weird" in their own right, but official and legitimate music with a purpose of storytelling in deeper form. UA-cam music is most definitely cheap and easily produced, but this is different in a good way. However, I wouldn't call it "normal music", and I would put it in the general group of "weird" songs like Corpse's. They're not normal like Justin Bieber or blackbear, or heck, even Juice Wrld, but it still is music with it's own methods of storytelling with it's own different story. Really like the comment btw.
