If you’re sending the emails on behalf of the client then yes, ideally you’d want them to provide you with access to their prospect list

How do I send my email pitching my email marketing service? I tried for local coffee shops, but they only provide phone and location. Their websites only have the contact form. My point is that I have no way of emailing them, and going in person would not be my preference....
You could walk in and ask an employee if there was an email you could have for the manager or owner to send them an email. Or use something like zoom info
